Happy Rooter came to my rescue on a Saturday when so many plumbers in the area were closed, and the few that were open .... I got voicemail.

I had an upstairs toilet leaking, and the water was dripping down to the 1st floor, so this was very urgent for me.

They were able to help me right away. They got back to me in about ten minutes with the name of the plumber who would be coming and when he would be on site.

The plumber showed up less than an hour after I initially called them. He fixed the problem in under an hour and was on his way. We still have to fix the damage of course from the leak, but I no longer have toilet water dripping down in my living room!!

I would definitely call them again.

Wow! Service and fast courteous service for a beyond reasonable price. Our toilets backed up and I called 6 places with no openings for days. My 7th call was to Happy Rooter and I am so glad I called them. The owner answered and said he could have someone out quickly. Juan and Omar arrived within an hour and knew exactly what to do - no problem at all. I love these guys Nd if I could give them a 10 star rating I would!

We had a semi-emergency situation where water was leaking from our recessed light. It was coming from the bathtub upstairs. It was a Saturday night so I panicked, Yelped it and found Happy Rooter. They answered the phone right away and Richard was at our house 30 minutes later. He was friendly and explained everything to us as he worked. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The price seemed reasonable as well. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs!

I called in with a non-emergency (busted/leaky) disposal (just didn't use it for a few days ;) )
Anyway, I called, they quoted, and it was in line with what everyone else quoted. The diff is they actually suggested that I buy the hardware to save money, and suggested which brand to select! Awesome!!

They had openings and came same day, and finished in no time at all!

Fantastic service! Vic (the owner) promptly sent a tech out to see about my sewer main problem. The tech (Richard) quickly diagnosed the problem, and cleared the main from a vent on the roof. There was no toilet removal or any mess at all inside. Their price was reasonable as well. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely be calling Victor!

My sink was clogged on Sunday afternoon. I tried chemical drain opener with no luck. I tried to call multiple local rooter companies for help, but I cannot get any response from them.
It is my luck to find Happy Rooter from yelp.com. I called them and got their call back within 10 minutes. I explained problem on the phone and prefer to get the problem fixed ASAP. They(Victor?) dispatched a technician right away. The technician was arrived very shortly. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He opened the block very quickly through the pipe on top of the roof! It was a sock gets into the drain line from washer machine!! He not only fixed my problem but also spend time with me and teach me how to prevent the drain system from clogging.
They charged me very reasonable price, regardless of weekend.
Happy Rooter really did a great job. I am happy with Happy Rooter.

I have used them twice so far!! We had new tile installed in the kitchen and bathroom and the company that did the install did not put our appliances back correctly. The bathroom sink was leaking and I needed it fixed ASAP. I called Happy Rooter and Victor sent someone out very quickly. They knew what they were doing and the sink works great now!! Also, the same company that installed our tiles messed up the washing machine. The washing machine was backing up into the shower. I called Happy Rooter again today and they came out very quickly (like before). The plumber was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue. I have them on speed dial!!!

This morning I called Happy Rooter to come out and open a blocked waste line under the house. The technician that came out was on time, very courteous, and got the job done very quickly. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you...!!!

I had a very bad experience with this service today.

I had a toilet that was backed up and overflowing. Completely flooded an entire room.

I called Happy Rooter, and while they were quick to respond, that was about the only good thing that happened.

The guy that came over took about 2-3 hours, did not fix the problem (didn't have the tools), and left a HUGE MESS. He literally left my floor, walls, shelves, toilet, covered in black sludge. It literally took me over an hour on my hands and knees trying to clean up everything and it definitely is not what it was before.

he also left black sludge all over my pavers (access to the sewer line) and did not even hose it down.

So, basically, I paid $125 for nothing to be fixed, 2 hours of time lost, and a huge mess to clean up.
