Called and got voice mail. Oh no, not this again... Within a few minutes I got a call back from Victor and explained we needed some pipes snaked. He coordinated with my contractor who is working on a renovation to a rental property. Victor showed up and had everything dealt with by noon on the same day as the call. Oh yeah, his finished price was less than the jerk who stood me up and quoted a price just to show up at the job site. Based on my bait and switch experience with rooter services ($15 becomes $150 in an instant) I will be calling Victor again next time I have the need.

The plumber they sent charged us $1900 for fixing an outdoor broken pipe...and it turned out that they didn't fix it correctly. Then they said it would be an additional $8000 to ""really"" fix the issue.

We got a second opinion and had the issue fixed by another plumber for only $900.

We used them based on other Yelp reviews, and I'm thinking that either (1) they have a lot of fake reviews (not uncommon in this industry) or (2) they thought they could take advantage of a woman who didn't know any better. Either way, what they charged and the fact that they didn't really address the issue is something we are considering taking them to court for.

If you are looking for an honest on time and reliable plumber I would recommend Victor's service. I have used his help twice over the last 6 months. The second time he didn't charge me for his time or effort as the fix was ""minor."" He is very easy to work with.

I found Happy Rooter on Yelp and decided to try them based on their rating. Victor came as he had promised and worked tirelessly on a stubborn sewer blockage that was 50 feet from the clean-out. The charge was extremely reasonable considering the effort that victor put forth. I will call on Victor in the future without hesitation.

The plumber I usually call didn't answer my call in the night so I reached out a few plumbing companies. None of them could come in the night but the time given by Happy Rooter is the earliest. Victor came on time and fixed the clogged main line very quickly. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I came home one day and I found water pipe burst out and water was leaking all day. Whole house was in the water. I didn't know what to do. I found Happy Rooter and victor (the owner) helped me right a way. He called emergency service restoration and response was so fast. Victor also sent his plumber at the same time and fixed the pipe.
Of course I have water damages but I was happy that I had help in short time.
I recommend Happy Rooter and they will be my plumbers in the future.

Water was backing up in my shower and bathtub when running the washing machine. I called happy router to see if they could come out and give me an estimate. They gave me an estimated time that they would be there between 10:30 and 12:30. I received text messages providing an update as to when to expect the technician and who the technician would be. Upon arrival a sewer clean out was unable to be visually located around the perimeter of my house. The technician quoted me approximately $1100-$1400 to dig up the sewer line, cut the pipe, install a two way clean out ava snake the line. I gave the go ahead since I had little options. The technician began digging and actually found the pre-existing clean out. He promptly informed me and said he would only charge me $250 to clean the line. He could have easily just dig around in the front yard and charged me to ""install"" the clean out and I would never have known the difference since I was at work when he was there and my wife was in the house with out three month old. He was honest and upfront. I would recommend them to others.
