Victor returned my call while I was leaving a voice message. He had Richard at my house less than 1 hour later. Richard was polite and thorough. He apologized for making a mess. I only saw the dirty cleaning towels he had used to CLEAN UP the mess. Victor followed up after the job to make sure I was satisfied. Fast, clean, and reasonably priced plumber. How could I not be satisfied? I would give better than 5 stars if it were possible.

UPDATE! I've used them three times now. Each time, I couldn't be happier. Victor and his entire team are great.

I had two toilets, a bath tub and a shower all back up at the same time. I called Victor and he sent Richard to my home at the time requested (I requested 12:00 noon, and Richard showed up early). Richard and his helper quickly diagnosis the problems and were able quickly unclog my drain to my home. I would recommend them.

I left a message to schedule an appointment. I received a call back a short while later. I needed my garbage disposal changed out soon because it hadn't been working for several weeks. We settled on a day and time that worked for both of us. They had to reschedule because they were booked, but that was fine. We decided on another day. The technician came out and advised that my disposal didn't need to be replaced....instead he fixed my disposal in a couple of minutes. I was very happy....that saved me a couple hundred dollars. He was able to take a look at my slow flushing toilets. He made some adjustments and walla! Much better. He even pointed out some rusting pipes, so I had him change them out. It was a great experience.... They definitely exceeded my expectations. They even asked me after the service how everything went. They definitely deserve all 5 stars.

I called Happy Rooter at 10:45 this morning for a problem that was just starting in my older home and had been corrected multiple times by other people. They were there in less than 30 minutes, explained what the problem was, worked on it immediately. They took care of it the correct way at a reasonable cost. I would deffinitly have them for anything again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Left my place in worst condition than before. I had a sewage backup at my residence, they came by and told me that they had to snake the main sewage outside my house. That was fine with me and for $160 for 10 minutes of work I still felt relieved if they fixed the issue.

The problems came when they told me that they snaking won't help ""in the long run"" and that it would cost $1200 to fix the real issue. I asked them to try snaking it anyway since it was the first time I had this issue. So they went the the sewage manhole and said they needed to ""break"" sewage pipe's cap since they couldn't unscrew it. I said that's okay as long as they replaced it. A few minutes later he said that he got it to open without breaking it. Cool

Fast forward a week and there's sewage spilling out of the sewage manhole that has never happened before. I looked inside the hole and sewage is spilling into my grass and streets. They broke the cap and put back the broken cap.
Very unprofessional. They snaked it only one way and the problem is now worse than ever. BEWARE.

Update: Juan came by and wanted to charge me an additional $150 to re-snake the drain, he won't accept that it's the broken cap that he broke. Blamed me for the problem because I didn't pay the $1200 last time. I feel so scammed and now there's poo and toilet paper running into my grass. Victor just called me a LIAR via text message and blames the issue on me. Wow... I am not blaming your plumbers for clogging my sewers I am just letting you know about the issues of the cap on the clean out that YOU broke and you called me to leave me a nasty message? Thanks victor.

If you are looking for a plumber to come snake your system, even from the roof, these are your guys. If you are looking for someone to snake your rain gutter drains, these are not the guys.

The owner and I miscommunicated, so he sent his workers over to snake the sewer lines. The technicians were professional and respectful, and they arrived within two hours of me reaching out to Victor. So if you need someone fast, call Happy Rooter.

Unfortunately, I needed my rain gutter drains snaked and I didn't discover the difference until the heavy rains came.

When he realized that we'd miscommunicated, he gave me a half-refund on the service and I think that was fair. So I really appreciate that he was willing to work with me on that.

They charged us $250 to clean out our sewer line from the roof to the street. Backed up a week later. Called on Thanksgiving Day because tub & shower were backing up plus the toilets we bubbling (just like before). The owner, Victor, goes on and on about the causes but says there is no warranty on the work. Of course, he could be there in the morning for a charge, of course. STAY WAY FROM THESE GUYS! THIS IS ONE BIG ERROR FOR YELP!
