We had an excellent experience with Juan and his crew. We called them out because we recently turned on our AC and it was running but not getting cold. They did extensive testing and discovered that we had a leak in the system. Although this was an unexpected expense, Juan and his team made the process very painless. They explained everything in detail, provided photos and videos, and scheduled within a reasonable amount of time to get the job done. They showed us the issues with the way our previous system was installed and provided a detailed plan on how they would fix and upgrade the system. We did obtain a couple other quotes and Juan was able to price match so we ultimately went with Happy Camper because we felt comfortable with them. Juan and his team were extremely efficient, communicative, reliable, always on time, completely respectful of our home and went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned up to perfection when the job was done. We will definitely be calling them again for any future projects.

I bought a fix & flip residential property & the week we were having the final inspection for the sale of the property, the drains were clogged. Happy Camper got Juan & their team out the next day, took care of the problems, went over everything with me & reviewed what was wrong, products to use, preventative maintenance, etc. Sergio without asking looked at my air conditioning unit, had suggestions on filters & maintenance. Juan came out to our place to do some HVAC maintenance. He was friendly and super thorough and gave us a detailed report with recommended work, including installing a UV light to kill some growth and relocating the thermostat upstairs. We decided to go through with the work, and Sergio came a couple days later to fix everything. Despite running into some unforeseen obstacles, he was able to quickly and skillfully take care of everything as quoted.

Needed to replace entire AC/furnace due to age and Juan finding possible dangerous conditions on old units. After explaining our problems and options very thoroughly, they were able to start 4 days later. Big job! Took M-F and guys were great at accommodating our schedules.
