After performing home renovations for the last 10 or so years (internal and external plumbing, house-painting, landscaping, door replacement, Catio, driveway and pedestrian gates, minor electrical, etc), please believe that the good people of Happy Camper are the absolute BEST! From the moment they set foot on our property, Juan, Sergio, David, and Junior were clean, presentable, conscientious, professional, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Never before have I seen such extensive training and execution in all things construction, electrical work, welding, installation, and other variations of the physical labor that goes into this job by such a talented crew of young men. You get what you pay for, and though a COMPLETE DESIGN AND BUILD of an HVAC system was expensive, I'd pay all over again to have the same high-quality service and top-notch equipment. 10,000 out of 10 stars for sure! Want to start that I had a great experience with Happy Camper replacement project. I scheduled a few companies out to give an estimate for a new AC HVAC system. Juan came out to give an estimate and was very thorough.

Things that I liked and noticed were different:
*They took the time to look and measure every room to assure that we get the correct unit for our home.
*Took good care of my house, wore shoe covers and they also put their own cover to protect my floors before bringing their ladder.
*They listened to what I wanted and needed for my home, and answered all my questions

Service requested was for water heater replacement and upgrade to code. Usually, my father in law and I, handle most off the home maintenance and ""Mickey mouse"" the job.

Juan, the owner who owns the company came to help me out as my father in law is aging. We were greeted with a professional who knows his trade and explained everything that needs to be done. He showed my wife and I photos of previous jobs to put us at ease showing his craftsmanship.

He was willing to work with us and give us a fair price. What else can one ask for?

Looked around for a company that can help me pick the right water filtration for my home. I called in to ask if they offer a water filtration system and I was so happy when they said they did. I wanted to make sure they offered financing and that was another plus! So I scheduled a free estimate to meet with a specialist. He arrived on time and was very clean to enter my house and he also wiped down his iPad before he started his presentation. I called to request service because I needed help with my AC. I sometimes don't know how to move the thermostat so I needed help with that and one of my rooms not cooling too much. Decided on picking them since I saw them drive by my moms house. So when the technician arrived he knocked only once and waited patiently until I opened the door I noticed because I saw him on my camera and I couldn't get to the door fast enough because I was making my daughter breakfast. I bought my home a few months ago in Whittier. The home is old and so it had no central air. Summer is just around the corner I knew I had to get central air as soon as possible.
I reached out to Happy Camer Heating and Air Plumbing which was recommended to me by a friend. I requested a quote, Sergio came over checked my home out, told me exactly what central air was best for my home. Sergio explained the work process for installing the central air. Sergio was also not pushy in trying to sale me anything and so that I why I decided to have Happy Camper do the installation for my new home. The installation was completed in 3 days which was fast since I thought the central air installation would take more days.
