Had a clogged pipe. Needed a plumber. Seen an ad on Happy Camper. Called them. Had an appointment on the 15th with Juan. Needed a new main sewer line and toilet piping. He showed us pictures how it looks and what Needed to be done. He started that afternoon prepping for following morning work. Finished that afternoon. Juan and his team did a great job. Thank you Juan. Will recommend your company for sure.

Juan took care of our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He made sure to explain every step to make sure we understood everything. We had such a great experience with happy camper that we signed up for their yearly check in service. If you sign up for their yearly service, you get ten percent off your bill. Our bill didn't reflect that and Tanya took care of that right away. She also texted me a couple days later to verify I got the refund. Thank you Juan and Tanya for your stellar service !

I reached out via yelp to ask about AC/heater to our home and I was a bit sad on that day...so by searching some recommendations by yelp and saw the name HAPPY CAMPER.This was a big decision not only because of the expense but more importantly to get a properly installed.So we tried to call them and make an appointment and the next day Juan show up on time into our home.Big decision making when he talked to us because we found out that we don't have an AC in the house only cooling fan but we do have heater but it was old as well and our electric panel is need to be upgraded too.After all the talked a and financial agreement we decided to do it.Juan and his team came to the house the next day and do the work.Sergio,Michael & Roberto came to the house on time & respectively care the property and they are very well educated in what they are doing especially Roberto ( his my favorite one).We are highly recommended this company HAPPY CAMPER...well known what they are doing especially Juan he help us in every step of the way.

I was very happy with the prompt response when I noticed water overflowing from the drainage pipe of the A/C unit located in our attic. Happy Camper and our technician Juan kept us up to date as to when he would be arriving. While there, Juan was very professional, careful to wear shoe protection inside the house and provided details as to exactly what he was checking and eventually doing to fix the problem. About my only complaint is that the price was a little on the higher side especially compared to a similar service performed by another company 10 months ago. However, I feel that this was an acceptable trade off for not having to be without A/C for 2-3 days and the overall excellent customer service provided.

They had him come out to our home within two hours of my call for urgently needed AC repairs when no other firm was able to the same day. Repair was assessed and completed quickly, cleanly (very respectful of our home), and efficiently. They even gave me a good price for the repair and on future maintenance. Highly recommended.
