Needed to replace entire AC/furnace due to age and Juan finding possible dangerous conditions on old units. After explaining our problems and options very thoroughly, they were able to start 4 days later. Big job! Took M-F and guys were great at accommodating our schedules. Gave detailed daily updates before leaving. Finished right on time. Fast, efficient and friendly with the new installation looking beautiful! Highly recommended!

Contacted Juan for plumbing issues. Our bathtub was clogged and he came the following day on time. Everything was explained in detail, once him and his team were done everything was cleaned. I will definitely be contacting Happy Camper Heating Air and Plumbing again.

Originally I gave a 5 star review as agreed upon between Juan and I. Part of the agreement was contingent on Juan providing a detailed assessment of his inspection and photos and videos. Juan did not deliver on his part of the agreement. And after a couple of text messages and a phone call asking for the detail inspection and photos and videos, I still have not received anything. Everytime I reach out I get the same swan song, ""I know Juan has a busy schedule today"". As if selecting the photos on your phone and sending them via text to my phone is some kind of complicated process that requires time to execute. It's important that I receive the photos and his assessment assessment because it helps my argument against my HOA. Juan knows this. So I'm not a Happy Camper. His inaction proves I can't trust him or his company.

I am a happy camper with the service provided by Juan and his team Sergio & Junior. I had originally called to get an inspection on my leaking shower and HVAC. Juan was very knowledgeable and throughly explained all the issues and different options to repair these issues and recommendations. The team was friendly, on time and very clean ( wore shoe covers inside home and placed tarps on the walkway path). They also answered all my additional questions I had of issues I found throughout my home . I would say they are reasonably priced for their services compared to other technicians I have used in the past. Overall, very happy with the job completed and will definitely use them again for future plumbing and HVAC needs! Thank you!

I had Juan and his crew come out and remove my old cast-iron pipes and main sewer line. They installed new drain lines and main sewer. Juan and his crew were professional, efficient and completed a big job in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend Happy Camper Air and Plumbing.
