I can't begin to say how great the customer service is. My many opportunities to talk with them have all been positive. The problem is that the handles in the bathroom fixtures become frozen after a period of use. Hansgrohe has replaced the handles when necessary. The problem is that it costs me at least $150 in plumbing costs every time a handle needs to be replaced. As I have four double faucet handles and two shower handles, the cost is adding up. The plumbers do a great job but it takes time as the handles are frozen and it takes quite a bit of time to remove.

Great company and great products. We have Hansgrohe faucets and shower heads installed throughout the entire house for more than 30 years now. No leaks, no issues. Great quality is what Hansgrohe stands for.

I owned a HG kitchen faucet that was providing very low water pressure. After cleaning out the washer/hose myself, and having our plumber take a look I was told there was a fault in the faucet and needed to be replaced. I contact HG thinking they would either replace the part or at least offer me some sort of credit towards new purchase. The tech on the phone said - no receipt, no service, no warranty. So word to the wise - don't misplace your receipt or you are hooped. I bought a Moen for a fraction of the cost and suddenly the water pressure is WAY better! I sent an email to their customer service as well, but will never again buy their product, nor support a company that does not stand by their product.

I purchased the Talis s series kitchen faucet 7 years ago and have never had one problem with it. I absolutely love it. I am building a new house and am going to go to eBay to buy the exact same faucet. The looped handle series is no longer available, so eBay it is. My faucet is the steel optik and looks just as beautiful today as it did when it was installed. Sorry so many people had bad experiences, but I'm a Hansgrohe girl for life.

We installed 2 sets of valves and fixtures in bath and in shower. First let me say that the design and looks are great. However after less than 2 years the hose came out of the connector. As I have read in other reviews the internal components do not appear to be are not up to the standard I would have expected, the hose appears to have been pressed onto the fitting, no way to tighten the hose to the connector that I saw. Also the brushed metal finish appears to be chipping at seams, this is minor but still.... not good. I sure wish, the dealer could handle warranty replacements, but they did not help. Now that we got the replacement parts, I am happy again.

If I can give them less stars I would. I love the product design but their customer service or lack of business ethics are second to none. I ordered a faucet for a powder room renovation and when it arrived I realized it was too large for the space. Hansgrohe made a sister faucet in the same family; so I decided to exchange. I was informed of the 20% stocking fee charged by Hansgrohe for returns which was unsettling. However, several weeks after i sent the faucet back, I was informed by the retailer that they denied my return due to scratches on the product. The product was literally out of the box for 2 minutes! I have since gotten the faucet back and cannot even identify where the alleged 'scratches' are. Bottom line this was a $600 mistake on my end; so I am taking time to make sure you do not run the same risk. Avoid this company at all costs!

We remodeled our house 4 years ago and replaced the 2 master bath sink faucets and 2 shower controls with Hansgrohe products. One sink faucet will no longer turn without a great deal of effort. One of the shower handles will no longer produce hot water. When talking to the hansgrohe people, they claim it is wear and tear. We live in this house about 6 months out of the year. After such a short time you would expect a product that costs this much would still work. The old Delta products we took out were 8 years old but worked fine. Sorry we selected Hansgrohe. We will not make that mistake again.

I have a 10-month-old kitchen soap dispenser that failed. I telephoned customer service, whose rep went on a long tangent of how to care for the failed 2 dollar piece of plastic in the pump, without ever really answering my question: can you send me just the 2 dollar piece of plastic? I emailed my proof of purchase, ans they sent me an entire new pump! The new pump is completely different, and the 2 dollar plastic pump part doesn't fit the older one. What am I going to do with that? Hire somebody to replace the entire thing?

Less than three years ago we purchased a kitchen faucet for $535 (plus shipping, tax and over $100 to have it installed). The hose now leaks when you pull the handle out to clean the sink. When I called the company they said that this *one* time they would replace the part. It is not actually covered under the """"lifetime warranty"""" because the problem was caused by """"wear and tear"""". We are a couple of empty-nesters in our late 50's. We care for our home and the appliances within it. I fail to see how a $500 faucet should fail in less than three years. I will never purchase another of their products and suggest you don't either.

Be forewarned that Hansgrohe and its distributors will do everything possible to put you off, and delay authorizing the return of a defective product. I just spent quite a bit of time calling the vendor, calling Hansgrohe to let them know a valve we bought is leaking out of the side. I'm no plumbing expert, but I know our plumber installed all the parts provided as part of the valve. Typically if something is leaking out the side and you put together everything, including washers and connectors in the assembly as described, you would think people would accept something happened in the manufacturing process. My plumbers english is not so great and he just told me """"leaking"""" and """"defect."""" So you call hansgrohe and first off when they here """"defect"""" and exchange, they want you to go through a """"troubleshoot"""" with technical support, where they want very precise details about what is exactly broken (you need to know the exact part number, or the sub-, sub- sub component, gasket, washer, screw, etc) If you don't know they keep drilling you. Finally I got fed up and let them know I will to have the (not so great english) plumber call them if they really need to know what is broken. Who ever knows if they will every issue me a return/replacement. I can say other plumbing vendors are so much easier to work with.
