Recently, 8-18, purchased a Lady Lux 32-398 kitchen pull down faucet. First one leaked at the head, hot water side immediately, took it back and was given number two. Installed it and two weeks later it to leaked at the head, hot water side. Took it back for number three, Installed it and noticed the handle is hard to turn and the rotating cover wobbles as you rotate from hot to cold. It also makes noice when you adjust the temperature. My four phone calls to customer service were nightmarish. Claiming I have to check water pressure. Second call I was asked to send a video which I did. Third call, 6 hours later to find out if the watched had video, they had not. No return call just instructions of how to disassemble the brand new faucet. Rude, argumentative and condescending. Good luck. No stars from me, I sure miss my Franke

They are really rude! Have a 4 year old kitchen faucet, company keeps sending me faulty cartridges to fix it, but I shouldn't spend nearly $1000 on a faucet that leaks and I have to call a plumber each time to repair it. Company refused to replace faulty faucet, but just keeps sending me replacement cartridges. They say it's not supposed to last forever.. can you believe that? It's only 4 years old! Also, Customer Service Rep was short and hung up on me. These guys suck!

I purchased 2 Hansgrohe widespread faucets from Pacific Sales. After installing, I immediately noticed that both faucets were dripping after being turned off. I ran the """"hot/cold test"""" that my plumber recommended so we could determine if it was the hot or cold that was dripping. It turned out to be both. We next contacted Customer Service at Hansgrohe and they said the problem had to be the cartridges. All 4 of them were bad? Hard to believe. After 2 weeks, Hansgrohe finally shipped 4 new cartridges. It took 7 phone calls to Hansgrohe to get this done. Finally, we received the replacement cartridges and my plumber installed them. BOTH FAUCETS, HOT AND COLD, ARE STILL DRIPPING!! Impossible? That's what I say. My plumber says Hansgrohe should admit that they are selling a defective product.

Outstanding customer service! The service rep was very helpful. Had a slight leak in faucet and Immediately sent needed part.

Remodeled house in 2010. One Hansgrohe sink upstairs and 2 downstairs. Of the 6 faucets total which were Metris type wide spread ones, 3 have failed with sticking and leaking. One failed so totally it had to be replaced. Summary: 50% fail rate in 8 years. The one I removed and replaced had significant corrosion of the stem so it wouldn't turn. Additionally the handle which is wedge fit to the stem will not come off without destroying the appearance of the handle because of the extensive corrosion of the stem. We do not have hard water either. This seems to be due to poor choice of metals. Stay away from Hansgrohe faucets. Maybe the ones with cartridges are better?

These are very expensive products and are pretty good until you need a part. I am a plumber and today encountered a 10 yr old Hansgrohe shower valve that was leaking. It needs a new cartridge. This cartridge does not resemble anything on the internet and is not available in Boulder. My supplier is currently searching. Meanwhile, I called Grohe tech support to see if they would provide a cartridge under warranty. NO. This customer service does not compare with Delta or Moen, both of whom have provided parts for much older faucets. If you love the cost of repairing a Mercedes, you'll love Hansgrohe. Edit: Just got a call from my supplier; New Cartridge $200.

We recently received a new replacement kitchen faucet (Talis C) from Hansgrohe - free of charge!! Our Problems was that the faucet would not stay in the position it was placed. So they sent us a special washer, which we installed with no problem. However, the problem appeared three times over a period of 4 or 5 years. But after the third occurrence, they sent us a new redesigned faucet. We were so impressed with Hansgrohe that we recently bought two bathroom faucets to replace the faucets by another manufacturer.

Don't Buy. Ordered a bathroom wall-hung faucet as part of a gut rehab in mid-August. Kept checking on it, was told it was at the plumbing supply warehouse - but in fact, it wasn't, and FINALLY was told, in early September, that it would arrive in mid-October. OK, that meant it would arrive just as we were ready to finish that bath. OOPS, no, checked again (NO ONE FROM HANSGROHE EVER CONTACTED MY PLUMBING SUPPLY OR ME TO SAY THERE WAS A DELAY), AND IT WON'T BE IN UNTIL MID-NOVEMBER!!! So, thank you so very, very, very much Hansgrohe - I'm facing Thanksgiving guests without an operable bath (the one we're using has water damage and isn't fit for guests). No explanation, and the fixture is unique enough that nothing else will really work. If they'd been honest up-front, and provided accurate information, at that point we COULD have plumbed for a different fixture. But now the wall is all closed up. Hansgrohe, watch out - he** hath no fury like a woman who has no bathroom for her Thanksgiving guests.

I can't begin to say how great the customer service is. My many opportunities to talk with them have all been positive. The problem is that the handles in the bathroom fixtures become frozen after a period of use. Hansgrohe has replaced the handles when necessary. The problem is that it costs me at least $150 in plumbing costs every time a handle needs to be replaced. As I have four double faucet handles and two shower handles, the cost is adding up. The plumbers do a great job but it takes time as the handles are frozen and it takes quite a bit of time to remove.

Great company and great products. We have Hansgrohe faucets and shower heads installed throughout the entire house for more than 30 years now. No leaks, no issues. Great quality is what Hansgrohe stands for.
