We recently did a Bathroom remodel and our contractor was on a tight schedule after waiting to have this done for 6 months. He went to install our newly purchased Hansgrohe shower hose and found out that the collar was swaged on backwards and there was no way it was going to thread onto the hand held attachment head. Tried contacting Hansgrohe several times to no avail so our contractor went and purchased a new one thinking that once we got in touch with the manufacturer, we would get reimbursed. No such luck. So much for quality control, lack of customer service and not backing their product. We will no longer purchase anything from this manufacturer and not recommend them to anyone else.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Two year old kitchen faucet developed a bulge under the plating like it is corroding underneath. Completed warranty request form on Hansgrohe website (very poor interface). Got a reply from CS after a few days requesting all the same info I'd already submitted so I submitted it again. Finally Got a rude reply from Ziza in CS stating they would replace it as a """"one time"""". I asked what that meant and got no reply. So I called and spoke with a very rude person who said the faucet didn't have the advertised lifetime warranty but a """"limited lifetime warranty"""". She told me that it didn't cover normal wear and tear and they were doing me a favor by offering to replace the obviously defective part. I asked when it would arrive and she assured me that Ziza would reply to me (Ziza didn't). A few days later the wrong part arrived. The faucet is garbage. The CS people are surprisingly rude and the order fulfillment people are obviously incompetent. Faucet is junk too. Sprayer is very uneven after a short period and we have a filter on this tap. Button operation is like that of a 15 year old faucet. You'll notice that Costco is carrying Moen now. This is likely why. Avoid Hansgrohe. It's junk and they know it

The sprayer on our faucet did not spray at all. I dealt with it. Then I called Hansgrohe in Ga. They were great. Sent me the part under warranty in one week. It works great. This company doesn't honor their warranty even if it is under the 5-year period. the Email and phone customer service actively avoids trying to do their job by rejecting valid claims.

Needed a new part (cartridge) for my shower tower. I had to call customer service 3 times and they were not very helpful at all, in fact they were just rude. They do not seem to be enjoying their job.

Hans Grohe post sales support is poor. On two separate faucets I've had defects: one shower control froze and a sink cartridge control leaked. In both situations HG refuses to recognize defects from ignorance and arrogance. HG requires that formal paperwork is completed prior to replacement parts being made available and an extensive questionnaire and return of all parts including washers. Absurd Due diligence and end user delays. I will never again endure the HG runaround as I will never again purchase HG products.

I sold to my customer a shower system and the valve stops are leaking. Tried to get parts, spoke to customer service twice. First time I was told I will receive parts in 2 weeks. Over a month later nothing. So I called again. Another month out for parts and then I was hung up on. I sell a lot of plumbing fixtures. NO MORE Hansgrohe. The local sales rep for the company was not interested to even get involved. I am ordering a new shower set up since I do not want to rip the entire shower apart. I will take the parts I need out of the new box. Crazy and the worst service

We are extremely happy with the looks and functionality of the Hansgrohe fixtures we put in our remodeled bathroom 10 years ago. But with normal wear and tear, we recently needed to replace the cartridge on one of the sink faucets to repair a leak. Our experience with Hansgrohe customer service was excellent. Their representative, Carolyn Walker, was knowledgeable and professional. She identified and sent the part immediately. We really appreciated her assistance, and her helpful attitude. Thanks Hansgrohe!
