I received a referral for Hansens Plumbing after a receiving an unrealistic estimate from a larger, ""franchise"" company that I felt was unacceptable. I spoke with Cary in the office and he concurred that the previous estimate did not seem to make sense and perhaps there was an alternate, more affordable solution. He sent out Alex and Daniel and within a few hours they arrived to tackle my clogged toilet.

They went to work and had to get creative to find a solution due to the nature of my plumbing configuration. They worked hard, but were friendly, professional and clean throughout the process. These are the real deal plumbers who did not overcharge me, make the issue seem larger than it was or make me wait several days for service.

I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!! I'll never call that other service again. Hansens does it right.

Called out of the blue after reading great Yelp reviews. They were able to come out to the house in about 30 minutes. First leak/problem was just hand tightening and a pair of pliers, boom!, leak fixed. They could have easily said it was more major than it was but they didn't. Second chore was installing a new shower head and that was done in just a little bit as well. Great guys, great service and I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them.

I called around 9am looking for a plumber to come out same-day to service our upstairs showers that were backed up. The operator told me they were very busy and could maybe squeeze us in. She took my information and before we even finished our initial call, she said she was pretty sure she could have someone out to us between 10am and noon. She called me back 20 minutes later to tell me a plumber would arrive in the next 15 minutes-- and he did! He was there by 9:50, ten minutes before the service window. He was quick and professional (was friendly to our cats who wanted to know all about what he was doing). Our whole visit was done in less than 30 minutes. I am amazed at how on a busy day, they were at my door within the hour of my phone call. I'm keeping Hansen's on speed dial for my plumbing needs!

I used this company when our current plumber and I had a falling out due to work ethic, and backing his work van into our home... Right when I called these guys I knew, they were legit. Costumer service was great, we made an appointment the tech showed up the next day! clean cut, and finished what our last plumber had started. We trust these companies with our home and family, because they're working on one infront of the other. Trust me when I say, this is the last plumber you'll ever need. Shout out to the gals in the office, and to Mr Cary for everything. Keep up the good work!

5 star + service - they came out last minute and got our kitchen operation - they connected the faucet, disposal and dishwasher. The owner even came by to check on things at the end of the job.

My apt. property mgmgt sent Alex from Hansen's to check out dirt smell in kitchen faucet. Been having this problem for about a year & they sent 2 other ""plumbers"" that did not do much of anything. FINALLY, they had Hansen's come. Alex was very professional, knowledgable which was a delight. He asked me a few questions like the other 2 plumbers, BUT the difference was Alex knew to check my water heater. He flushed it out and you would be horrified at what came out. He told me the anoid rod needed to be replaced, but was hard to find. Well, he came back this morning and discovered the 1 rod corroded to the point it fell apart into the water heater & the other rod had actually corroded to this horrible looking thing, He replaced it working dillegently and was such a nice person. I can't say enough about Alex and Hansen's. Peggy who answers the phone was also professional and personable & a sweetheart. THIS IS YOUR PLUMBER IF YOU WANT SOMEONE WHO IS HONEST & KNOWLEDGEABLE!!

Awesome!!! Since we bought our house in Nov. 2012 we have had to call Hansen's 5 times. Every time has been beyond satisfactory, whether it was snaking a drain, reconfiguring & installing our new shower fixtures, or diagnosing a leak in the walls. Both Manny and Chris were very professional and personable. My husband was most impressed that the dispatcher called to let him know of a change in arrival time today. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

Unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with the service. My wife said they had very unprofessional language/demeanor and made her feel uncomfortable as a female. Definitely going to make sure she goes back to my previous plumber next time I have an issue. The repair was okay according to her when we spoke over the phone, but she doesn't know much about plumbing (why she called them), and after a week, the same issue came up. Called my old plumber and now its good as new :)

They also have a 24 hour emergency line. We have used them for probably 10 years now. They have a friendly and helpful staff.
