I am a real estate Broker that provides property management services. I was in need of a new plumbing company for plumbing services and decided to try Hansen's Plumbing. It was a great decision. They have a full staff that can handle all your plumbing needs in a professional manner. Peggy does a great job scheduling the work needed. And Nate, the director of operations, followed up with me for the work completed (replacing an old leaking gas line from the main meter to the house). The technicians neatly dug a trench, kept the areas in which they worked, neat and clean. Hansen's has also hydrojetted a clogged line. They can handle all your plumbing needs whether small or large. Company is professional and has integrity. Give them a try.

Was in quite a predicament with a plumbing issue as the house valve for my refrigerator water line was corroded and unable to shut off. Needless to say, I needed a plumber quick! Hansen's was the 4th plumber I called and thankfully they were able to send someone out within a half hour. Not only did they respond quickly, they handled the job professionally and charged a fair price for the work. I was really worried I would have to pay an arm and a leg for this ""emergency"" repair, but within 15 minutes of arriving the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend this company as well as use them again!

Waited 13 hours for the So Cal gas guy to tell me he could not fix all my gas leaks. Hansen's showed up 2 minutes after they said they would, found all the leaks , fixed them quickly, efficiently and Manuel was a friendly and personable guy. I have several rentals and they will be my plumbers for life.

I'm delighted to have reach out to Hansens with plumbing issue. I left them a message yesterday (Sunday night) and got a call first thing today (Monday morning) before 8am. I explained to Peggy that my water heater stopped working and she arranged for technicians to come out today!!! When the techs arrived they were professional and friendly. They basically reset the heater, sorry I don't know the specific terminology but it was fixed. It took less than 10min for them to solve the issue without making me spend any money. I even got free advice about my ventilation not being adequate. Talk about honesty and efficiency. My house was built in 1951 so I know I'll be needing plumbing service in the future, and I've found THE company. Peggy is friendly, awesome customer service all around.

Alex has worked in our old beach house several times.. He is very efficient at finding the problem & fixing it quick.. He leaves what ever area he's working in very clean too. Nice change

Peggy in the office is such a sweetie.. Ask her any question & if she doesn't know, she'll find the answer almost immediately & she returns calls fast too. No waiting several days to get a appt.

Hansens is the only place we call now.. Efficient & very reasonable.

I received a referral for Hansens Plumbing after a receiving an unrealistic estimate from a larger, ""franchise"" company that I felt was unacceptable. I spoke with Cary in the office and he concurred that the previous estimate did not seem to make sense and perhaps there was an alternate, more affordable solution. He sent out Alex and Daniel and within a few hours they arrived to tackle my clogged toilet.

They went to work and had to get creative to find a solution due to the nature of my plumbing configuration. They worked hard, but were friendly, professional and clean throughout the process. These are the real deal plumbers who did not overcharge me, make the issue seem larger than it was or make me wait several days for service.

I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!! I'll never call that other service again. Hansens does it right.

Called out of the blue after reading great Yelp reviews. They were able to come out to the house in about 30 minutes. First leak/problem was just hand tightening and a pair of pliers, boom!, leak fixed. They could have easily said it was more major than it was but they didn't. Second chore was installing a new shower head and that was done in just a little bit as well. Great guys, great service and I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them.

I called around 9am looking for a plumber to come out same-day to service our upstairs showers that were backed up. The operator told me they were very busy and could maybe squeeze us in. She took my information and before we even finished our initial call, she said she was pretty sure she could have someone out to us between 10am and noon. She called me back 20 minutes later to tell me a plumber would arrive in the next 15 minutes-- and he did! He was there by 9:50, ten minutes before the service window. He was quick and professional (was friendly to our cats who wanted to know all about what he was doing). Our whole visit was done in less than 30 minutes. I am amazed at how on a busy day, they were at my door within the hour of my phone call. I'm keeping Hansen's on speed dial for my plumbing needs!
