I recently had Hansen's Plumbing out for a repair on my Navien Tankless Water Heater.
I could not be more pleased with my experience and I highly recommend them.
Mike, the technician, was knowledgeable and professional.
The charge was reasonable and they came back a second time to make another adjustment for no charge.
Hansen's will be my first call in the future for any plumbing needs that I may have.

I live in a Mobile home park. This company will lie in order to keep their contract with the park. The excuses are ridiculous. Never delt with such unethical people before. Because of their ""secret"" discussions with the manager of our park, we cannot live in our home for fear of more damage from sewer back up. There unethical practices are shocking.

Do not hire this company. They are crooks. We hired them to find a fix a gas leak and they did nothing but grift and take us for money. They are not competent to fix your problem. Beware.

None better. We've used them in past, one time to take over a job from a firm that made a big expensive, disruptive production over a simple matter, and even pointed out the part needed was likely under warranty and a quick phone call to the manufacturer got the part to me in a few days, no charge, which Hanson's came right out and installed. Turning a job that might of cost a lot, involving not just plumbing but also tile work, paint, etc., into a minimum call out fee.

This morning I called Hanson's in a bit of a panic, I received an email from www.eyeonwater.com showing a substantial leak.

Unfortunately Hanson's was booked solid, couldn't get to us until tomorrow. However, the person I was speaking to (Megan?) was over the top helpful. She directed to a Ventura County Contractor's Association website, guided me thru the steps to get to local plumbers, and aided me picking a couple to work with. That is over the top in my opinion.

In addition she left me on the schedule for the next day just in case I ran into a problem getting someone out right away.

Regardless of the situation, when it's anything to do with water, input or output there is no way I'm calling any other plumber!

If you are going to drive around representing your business in a business van at least have some courtesy and don't cut people off. Would never contact your company

We live in a condo with shared pipes with our neighbors. Our bathtub suddenly stopped draining and then, worse, started filling when the neighbor showered! Gross! Our HOA called a plumber (not Hansen's) who came out couldn't fix it, called in another guy, couldn't fix it, said they would have to schedule a different company to cut two big holes in our walls and then schedule another plumber to come out once that was done. This was going to take days, if not weeks, to get our bathroom in order. The next day I called Hansen's. They had two men out in less than an hour who FIXED THE ISSUE IN 30 MInutes!! No holes in my wall needed! They were professional, kind, and efficient!! Hansen's is a company with integrity, experience and employees that I trust in my home. I will never use anyone else again!!!! Reasonable pricing too!

Installed whole house water filtration system and looked good initially until I had to replace the sediment filter. After attempting to change the sediment filter (unscrewing the sediment filter housing) the bracket mount started to come loose from the drywall and started getting leaks...to make a long story short, it was not installed properly and when requested to have it repaired I was being charged. Never again...

We had what appeared to be a clogged drain on the washing machine and I called Hansen's Plumbing, two hours later the guys were here. Very professional, very congenial, snaked the drain, tested the washing machine and discovered there was a crack in the washing machine drain hose. They repaired that for us and now it works perfectly. Very pleased with their service!

Honestly, I did not contract them. The quote was way beyond in fact twice the amount of 9 other quotes I received.
I hired WHRP Plumbing in Simi Valley and give them 5 Star rating overall!

I don't know why my review keeps getting removed but I am very unhappy with Hansen's handling of a plumbing project in our house. We used Hansen's for our house and all our rentals for almost 30 years and were always pleased. This last job there was little to no communication, it took 3 months to get the job done - much longer than we were told -, the job was way more money than were told. The owner didn't seem like he wanted to be bothered after 30 years of a good business relationship. Very disappointing.
