Amazing. I contacted the company online, which is a first for me. They got right back to me and set up the appointment---all online! I'm quite hard of hearing, so this was a real blessing to me. Had a leaking toilet issue and the price quoted was very reasonable. Mike came out right on time and found there was more wrong than we thought. He ran out to get the part needed, and still had the toilet fixed in no time! The price was more that quoted, but that was because my grandson had installed the toilet and thought more caulking would fix it! Seriously, folks, if you aren't sure of what you are doing, call Hansen Family Plumbing FIRST!!! I'll never use another plumbing company.

Contacted them about a rusty faucet that is stuck on, they replied within 30 minutes and within 1 & 1/2 hours the plumber has replaced it with a brand new one. Easiest transaction ever! Thank you Robert you were awesome!

Had an issue with our shower this morning, they came out within the hour and had it fixed for an EXTREMELY reasonable price. I was nervous picking a new plumber as we didn't have one in the area. I'm so glad I found this one. Mike was very friendly and will be our go to plumber whenever something comes up again. Will also recommend to family and friends!

I called based on all the good reviews. The receptionist was super friendly, fast and gave excellent service. Our tenant called because her sink was clogged up and leaking. They were quick to get out there. I asked how much it would be. She said $149 or $209 for one sink to be unclogged, just depends on if they can get to the clean out. Very reasonable..plumber went out right away. Then he calls to let us know he can't do anything because the pipe in the wall is corroded and he needed access to the condo on the other side and that it might be anywhere from $500-1000 to fix. The neighbor wasn't home at the time, thank goodness. He left and we got a $149 bill which we paid. We called the HOA to see if they would cover the pipe in the wall since it was for both units. They sent out their plumber and he said the sink basket was broke and that was the problem and that he could fix it but would charge us as well. My husband, at this point, was upset, went and bought the $16 part and fixed it himself.
He called the owner to let him know what happened hoping they would refund something since their plumber did nothing and he said no...that was their service fee. I think they could have been more fair on this part...$149 is pretty high considering the plumber was there for about 10 mins and did not even diagnose the problem.

Our shower wasn't draining and I had called around to get quotes. One of the companies said they could come 4 days later. Since this plumber had good reviews I decided to give them call. I called them today at 9 am. They told me a price and that they could come at between 12 and 2. They were able to come earlier and they were here by 10:30 and the problem was fixed 20 minutes later. I would highly recommend them.

She took her time giving me all the details and was extremely helpful. Michael came out same day & took care of everything for us. Once again, followed Yelpers advice and struck gold!
Have had a nuisance slow leaking bathroom drain. Decided to be smart and have a pro fix it.
Found highly rated Hansen family plumbing, and could not be more pleased with their service.
Called at 0900 today. Very nice young lady took my info, scheduled me for 10-11 am. Before 10, Mike calls to tell me he's on the way.
30 minutes later, job done, cleaned up, invoiced, paid receipt!
This business is courteous, no BS, and professional. I give my highest recommendation for their service.
