I went to Hanna's to find a very out-of-the-ordinary machine/plumbing part that I couldn't find at other places. David spent a lot of time with me trying to fit different possibilities. He was unable to find it, too. But I want to give him credit for all the time and effort he put into it. David was very friendly and helpful. Good for Hanna's.

My second review for Hanna Plumbing. A leaky water heater caused alarm this morning. Segundo from Hanna Plumbing was here this afternoon and we now have a brand new water heater installed and the old one removed. We are sooo relieved! Dodged a bullet on this one!! Their knowledge and customer service are excellent. I used them 4 months ago and they impressed me. They lived up to my expectations this time, too. Price was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend Hanna Plumbing &'Supply!

These guys are awesome. Jose was my plumber and did a great job in the time frame I was quoted for. No issues and very reasonable and honest with their price per hour and for materials as well. Strongly recommend this company to anyone.

I wish to update my review on Hanna Plumbing. I had hit an impasse with them over what I felt was their failure to stand behind their work, but on their own initiative, they reached back out to me to resolve our issues. I must say I was treated very professionally, fairly, and with great courtesy and we have reached a very workable solution. I have used Hanna Plumbing several times over the last 20+ years and I ad always been very pleased with their work and prices. I am very happy to be able to recommend them again.

Middle of the night, flushed the toilet ""snap"", flusher lever busted. Didn't get the name of the gentleman who helped me at the counter, but part was discontinued, he found similar, was out the door for 12$.

Install took 5 minutes and I'm back to flushing heaven.

I have used Hannah Plumbing since 1979. This includes 2 major remodels, 2 separate bathroom remodels and multiple hot water heater replacements and multiple drain cleanings. I estimate I've spent well over $20,000 with Hannah over 4 decades. After one of the most unsavory experiences I had two weeks ago I will NEVER use them again. The plumber who showed up (for 5 minutes) gave me faulty information about my backflow device and indicated I would need to replace it and suggested it couldn't be rebuilt. Information he gave me for a new unit was incomplete so I didn't buy one. However I did discover ON MY OWN how inexpensive and easy it is to rebuild it myself. When I called the manager to complain (Juan) he insulted me and defended his technician. He lost a dedicated customer with his poor people skills and sending a technician who was not interested in giving me the advice I needed. $140 for a 5 minute visit that he dispensed shoddy advice.
