I have used Hanna for years. They have always been excellent. Their service department always gave me prices and options beforehand. Apparently, according to ""manager"" Juan, this is no longer their policy.
Juan called me to let me know the job was done. I had been receiving updates and prices from the service gals except for one problem in the shower. Juan would not give me the parts prices on the shower or any optional upgrades. He told me that ""if I really was a Hanna customer, I would know they charge $105/hr and that they don't do estimates.""
Really? I explained that had not been my experience in using Hanna. He kept interrupting me which caused me to raise my voice insisting he hear me out. He said he won't be ""yelled at"". I had wanted upgrade info! He finally said he would call his plumber and call me back with the total and what was done. He didn't. That was 9 working days ago. I did get a bill...which was fair.. but I will never use Hanna again. This man lied to me more than once. Hanna advertises their Christianity on their trucks. I'm a Christian, too. Lying is not a Christian trait. I gave 3 stars for the gals I worked with and the fair bill. But Juan degrades the company and they should think about replacing him before he does more damage to an otherwise excellent company. My family owns 12 rental properties. We won't be using Hanna anymore.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They used to be good but the office/mgmt has gone to s***! I loved using Hanna for years so called them for my most recent issues. Scheduling is a joke!! It took 3x (really 4) to get the job complete because the plumbers kept insisting schedulers didn't give them enough time to complete the job and said to just do what they could in allotted time and then leave and the customer would have to reschedule. Just a tad inconvenient!!! When I complained Karina was so RUDE!!! I left a msg for supposed mgr, G.P. Bradley, and OF COURSE never got a call back. When job was finished I asked the (2nd) plumber on the job if I was getting a discount for having to reschedule so many times due to their office (this was actually the 4th scheduled visit due to THEIR INCOMPETENCE) and he said the office would call me. I never got a call, just the bill in the mail with no discount. I will NEVER use them again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them. My neighbor up the street told me they tried to charge her $225 for a leak they said they couldn't find that SHE POINTED OUT to them after they pressure tested her pipes. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

This company came highly recommended through our community Next Door App so I contacted them. I had a bad experience.
They reached out to me with an explanation of the circumstances leading up to the lack of response I received. Add the call to them the next day and being told I couldn't get anyone for 2 more days loaded the chamber and I fired. I had to leave for an emergency I did not have the luxury of blowing off and therefore had no patience for this experience.

They have reached out to me and offered monetary compensation in the form of service for the misunderstanding so I believe they are sincere and as such have upgraded my review. I realize I did not give them a 4 or 5 star review but that's because there is nothing to review.
I do not need service since I was able to get the issue resolved

Maybe you can give one of my neighbors a break.

I've lived in north SD County for 30 years and I have to say Hannah has been the best, most reliable, efficient plumbing company around. My water heater sprung a leak on Friday. I called three different plumbing companies to compare prices, services, quality of product, etc. Hannah was the quickest response and when their tech, Marco, came, he was wonderful. Polite, courteous, neat, more-than-competant. He had a new tank installed within two hours, doing a lot of heavy work by himself, yet making it look easy. Hannah's price was HALF what another company had quoted me for the same product and install. Many of my neighbors won't use anyone but Hannah because they know they'll get the job done right and at a reasonable price. Thank you, Hannah Plumbing.

My parents used Hanna growing up. When I needed a plumber I called them. They have done a lot of work at my home over the years. I would recommend them. They do great work and are honest!

They seemed ok, except for their hourly rate .... I noticed they used their cell phones for business while charging me $100 plus per hour. It was a VERY expensive two visits. The second was to add a recirculation pump that was suppose to be $500....it ended up being $900.....and now we have hot water in our toilets. I thought of calling to have them check it out but I am certain they will find another reason for what never was before they came here and charge another $1000..... so, hot water in my toilet ....go figure. Id only call someone that will give you an accurate estimate up front.

Hanna Plumbing is incredible! We had a propane leak in our heater. Hanna Plumbing doesn't work on heaters, but I called them anyway since I didn't know where to turn for help - I had called Sears (who sold us the heater nine years ago said they couldn't help since the heater was out of warranty and they don't fix propane leaks) and Ferrellgas (who was helpful, but could only give us a referral to a plumber). We had a plumber Ferrellgas referred us to come out, but he couldn't fix the leak either. That's when I decided to call Hanna Plumbing since I trust them. I spoke with GP Bradley, who listened to my tale of woe, explained what was happening, and volunteered to call the plumbing company who had come out to our house! All of this was at about 6:00 in the evening!!! Now that is customer service!!! I got a call back from the other plumbing company, and our leak is getting fixed. GP helped us solve our problem, and he wasn't even going to make any money from this, although, he now has us as customers for life! Thank you GP for going beyond the expected and helping us get our propane leak fixed.

We just had our second water heater replaced through them. We have had a bunch of other work done through them as well over the years. They are very trustworthy and give very reasonable quotes. They are by far the best plumber that I have delt with. My only complaint is that they do not service Riverside where I am forced to deal with other plumbers for another property :-)
