Recommended Customer Reviews

My first yelp after years of reading the reviews! I most definitely agree with the positive reviews and five star assessment of Hanna. They are professional, ethical, and know what they're doing. They recently replaced my water heater and then repaired a leak in my water main leading up to the house at a reasonable price. You're paying for labor in this industry. Their labor is better than my own so I am worry free with their work. Plus, I do like supporting small business these days.

I had a basic plumbing problem with my bathroom sink, so I stopped by Hanna Plumbing Supply to get the necessary pieces for the job. The two gentlemen working there not only helped select the parts I needed, but gave me helpful installation advice and even quickly assembled the p-trap to make it idiot proof for me. They were friendly and conscious of my budget. I'd definitely recommend this shop.

Yelp reviews are definitely reliable. You don't stay in business for 60 years unless you treat your customers right.
First the bad. When you call them, you get placed on hold by an automated system. Then someone answers, and asks you to wait while they put you on hold. If they're busy, they'll ask for your phone number so that they can call you back. But eventually, you'll get through to them.
I had a small leak in the ceiling. I took a hammer and knocked down the dry wall and found the leak in the copper pipes. It looked as though the builders did a poor welding job. I was just going to solder the pipes myself, but my wife was very reluctant, especially since my youtube training doesn't always work out for the best. So we called a ""national"" plumber, and they wanted $450 to fix the leak and another $650 to replace the high pressure valve that I just replaced 2 years ago for $35 (youtube). He said that it's a cheap part and needed to replace with a better part, but since it has different fittings, he had to replace a bunch of stuff. Duh. It broke 2 years ago, and I replaced it. I'll replace it again for $35 in 4 years. I was at work. My had been dealing with this character. So I told my wife to tell him to take a hike.
Steve from Hanna Plumbing came over and fixed it for $130. He cut the pipes and welded new fittings. Probably much better than what I would done - some soldering and JB weld until it stopped leaking, if I didn't burn the house down in the process. Anyways, I'm so happy that we found a plumber that we can use for the rest of our lives.

Got a coupon in the mail yesterday from Hanna Plumbing for $10 off a maintenance service call. Called this morning to schedule it and they refused to help me. They said my account was flagged because of a less than glowing Yelp review a year ago and they would no longer ever do business with me. That's okay with me.

Tried a DYI project replacing a water valve for the refrigerator and ended up breaking a pipe. Called Hanna plumbing after finding 2 other places were booked days out. I was able to schedule HP to come that afternoon saving me from getting into too much problem with MRS. Thank you Hanna Plumbing for your availability and great service.

I am writing this review per the request of my Hubby. We were having issues with ""water hammer""( that horrible machine gun sound that happens when you turn on the shower ,or sink or what ever). We have a 1950s beautiful tiled shower and were so worried the tile would have to be broken. He went to Hanna to ask for advice.....
And boy did they give it! They wrote directions picked out parts, broke a package to give us a spare part, and then when he went back with more questions, they laughed and helped him again.
Problem solved.
Now I have not used their ""services"" outside of advice and small parts, but if their plumbing service is anything like their customer service, it's extraordinary!
Thanks so much guys!

These guys are good. Great response, very professional and we will use them again. You can't go wrong!

We got a quote from another plumbing company for 3,000$ then called hanna and they showed up early and got the job plus another job done for a combined for 185$. I will never use any one else.

Had to replace water heater that was under warranty which our home buyers insurance would not do. Another contractor sent me a list of businesses that are contracted with the water heater manufacturer. Hanna was on that list. I had previously heard of Hanna from a friend who recommended them. Work was done fast and painless. Tech Dan, was very friendly to our 4 yr old who loves to watch and ""help"" when work is being done. When I called this in this morning, Juan was friendly and courteous! I pray we wont need them again soon but if we do....I am calling Hanna!

Great plumbing team. Called in and got an appt right away from very friendly female in service dept. Fred Sr called ahead 30 minutes before arrival. Showed up on time, kept work area clean and laid down blankets. Cleaned up after work was complete. Explained what he did and why. Explained charges thoroughly and asked if I had questions. It is obvious the techs do not work on commission because they get in and out w/ no hassles, up sales, or false repairs. My HOA has been using them for 20+ yrs that is why I took the chance with them, now I won't go anywhere else. Excellence from the people answering phone to the techs in the field. Good honest company that doesn't seem to play games. Have two large projects on the horizon and I will be calling Hanna first
