Hankel's is great! I'm always a little leery about sewer scopes and cleanouts since it is definitely one of those types of services that is prone to scare tactics to squeeze the customer. Brian shoots it straight and gets the job done for very reasonable rates!

Bryan was very responsive. We were having issues with our kitchen sink and had tried everything without any luck. I called, left a message and with in 10 mins Bryan called back. I described my problem and asked when he was available. 1 hour later Bryan was in our kitchen. Even better, within 30 mins he had fixed our issues and even fixed the plumbing under the sink. Bryan has exceptional customer service. I called him again because the dishwasher was possibly leaking. He called me back within an hour and showed up. We ended up having to purchase a new one because it was on the blitz anyways. He is truthful and helpful. He also helped with our toilet and gave us tips. Bryan came to my new house to fix a toilet that had been draining slowly since I moved in. He easily fixed the problem... a library card was stuck in the toilet. He also removed the caulking around the toilet which was badly done and ugly and explained why you don't actually want caulking around the toilet. Then, I had mentioned that my dishwasher wasn't draining so he fixed that too! On top of all of that, he told me what to look for in future drain problems and the price was beyond reasonable. If you are having any drain problems, don't hesitate to call Bryan right away.

He put down covers to protect our carpet and was very careful to not make any mess., and gave me tips for sewer line maintenance so he will not have to come back any time soon. Bryan is honest! He saved me over $3K as a company told me by sump pump was done and needed replaced- Bryan removed the toilet paper that had dried to the top of it and WHAM- back in business- then he wouldn't even charge me.
Another call to him- it smelled of sewage in my home- I thought it was going to be a busted pipe or something awful, turned out, the P track dried up- Again wouldn't accept payment!
