Call this company first! If another company was unable to clear the drain, call Brian next. I could have saved myself a lot of trouble if I had called them first. Unfortunately the first company didn't clear the line and I believed them when they said it couldn't be done. I started calling around to get quotes to dig up the pipe. It was so stressful I even called a real estate broker because I couldn't afford to replace the sewer. Luckily the agent recommended getting a second opinion and I called Hankel's. They spent a lot of time on it since it was tough to clear but they didn't just give up and charge me like the other company. Their price was completely reasonable. They cleared the line!! Renters had clogged the line with baby wipes and dental floss, ugh. It was a huge relief that the problem was solved. I have a lot of respect for their hard work and honesty.

Backed up Sewer and Hankel's came to the rescue. I can't say enough about Bryan and John. Bryan responded so quick and sent John out here in 35 min. What a life saver. John was very professional and informative. He's was quick and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. They will be the first to call every time if I have any clogs. They also don't try to sell you anything else, like all the other guys do.

Also I want to add the they are very reasonable on their cost as well.

Excellent and quick work. We were required to have a drain cleaning prior to selling our house. This seems to be the new ""norm"" in real estate. Ugh. Our house is only 8 years old and two of us lived there.

That being said, Bryan came over quickly and did a fantastic job. He explained everything very well. He provided a video of the job which we gave to our realtor. In the process, he educated us about drains and sewers. He's a very knowledgable man and has been in the business for many years.
