With me, JG, you will always receive a truthful assessment and update regarding any tasks being performed or scheduled. If I find that I can't handle a task with my tools, I will be taken aback, but I will inform you before we begin any work.

Since I run this as a side business, my pricing will always be budget-friendly. I will work with you to outline a plan, taking note of everything we can consider. I do not charge by the hour. I provide free consultations and quotes at no cost. You will have a clear, fixed price at the end, which covers all materials. I have handled numerous jobs, from concrete and siding to roofing and nearly everything else. I cover everything from electrical and furnace work to plumbing tasks. If a task is beyond my capabilities, I can still give you a free consultation with helpful advice and direction.

Jobs located outside Sioux Falls will have a small travel charge. If I don't earn a ""JG is just great!"" from you, the responsibility is mine!
