When you work with me, JG, expect a clear and honest evaluation and update on all ongoing or upcoming projects. Should I discover that a job is beyond my tools, I will be surprised, yet I will communicate this to you prior to starting.

As a solo operator, this is my side gig, so my rates will always remain affordable. We will collaborate on a plan, ensuring we document every detail we can think of. I do not charge by the hour. I offer free consultations along with a complimentary quote. You will have a clear, fixed price at the end, which covers all materials. My experience spans various tasks, including concrete work, siding, roofing, and much more. I cover everything from electrical and furnace work to plumbing tasks. If a task is beyond my capabilities, I can still give you a free consultation with helpful advice and direction.

For jobs outside of Sioux Falls, there will be a small travel fee. If I fail to receive a ""JG is just great!"" from you, that falls on me!
