My toilet fill valve was not working. Since my toilet was not easy to unscrew the valve, I do not have good tools and strength to replace the fill valve myself. I am happy to called up Handy Rooter & Plumbing again. This time, they sent Vu to help me fix it. Vu is very helpful and quick at the work. I can see it is very difficult to change the fill valve since my bathroom is tiny space for him and there is not much room for him to see the screw. Vu is very technical and good to manage the difficult job and replaced the fill valve for me. Now my toilet is working good and back to normal!

I inquired through Yelp for water pressure problem in our kitchen faucet. Trieu was one of the very few that responded efficiently and was able to come out and take a look at what's happening. He was very helpful to say the least, fixed the pressure and thoroughly explained the issue to us and also let's us know the options of future prevention for a bigger problem. Overall happy with his service and definitely recommend!

Handy Rooter & Plumbing was very reliable, and came over to fix a problem with a leaking toilet. They were right on time. I thought that it needed a new wax ring, but they discovered that it was leaking from the tank. Because this was an easier fix, they charged me less than the original estimate. I was very pleased with their work, and would hire them again.

This is an honest business and you can trust the reviews. We had two leaking bathtub faucets. Trieu is super professional and fast to fix the problem. Price is competitive ($550 to replace two cartridges) and no additional fee or charge. No upselling or anything that made me uncomfortable. He was also fast to response to messages. I hired Handy Rooter & Plumbing to re-install a toilet wax ring after i noticed some leaking around the base of my toilet. Trieu responded on yelp within minutes & we set up a time for the install on the same day.

They installed the wax ring without incident and cleaned up the work area leaving it better than it was when they arrived! Trieu also went into my crawl space to check for leaks and took pictures & video from there to show me - because i'm too fat to fit down there :)

Overall, i had a great experience and would definitely use Handy Rooter again!

Trieu and team were extremely courteous and quick with their work. I called with a sink/disposal problem. They were able to quote me a price with replacement for a disposal and without a replacement.
