Hired Trieu to replace my garbage disposal unit. He showed up on time and was courteous before entering my home. Completed the job in a timely manner and gave me a few tips on what to do in case i have the same problem. Very honest because he recommended another solution to fixing my garbage disposal in which my previous plumber did not Thank you Trieu. Definitely be calling him for future projects soon.

Trieu came out to check out our water heater and a weird spluttering issue that started when the water heater was replaced. He was super friendly, very informative and explained what was going on in an easily understandable way. He worked his magic and now the hot water is flowing nicely. Would 100% recommend!

We used Trieu and Handy plumber for a variety of jobs, all the easy stuff, completed fast and correct. We had a big job, installing a washer in our garage, with a new water line and sewage, and still fast and perfect! Their rates were cheaper than others and other plumbers wouldn't even take on my washer in garage job. Highly recommend their work oh and due to COVID they followed all safety precautions and since I was working from home, they were still able to complete everything with little to no supervision, everything came out the way I wanted, thanks guys!

I Highly recommend Handy Rooter and Plumbing. Trieu, the owner, is very knowledgeable and thorough. He came out to unclog our drain in our bathroom. As usual, I ask a lot of questions and he was very good at explaining things. I will definitely use him again - likely for replacing our pipes sometime later this year.

My water softener drainage started to clog up, which was causing the backwash to flood my garage on every regen. The garage was sloped, so the water would drain out, so it wasn't an emergency but was certainly annoying!

I contacted Handy Rooter via the Yelp quote feature, Trieu replied quickly with a window in the next 2-3 days. On the day of, he showed up on time (even a little early) and quickly got to diagnosing. After trying out a few things (running different faucets to see if any of the drainage was connected to kitchen/tubs) we narrowed in the problem. He gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot and they got right to work!

All in all it was a pretty quick affair, probably not even an hour, and I learned a few things along the way too. Did you know you aren't supposed to hook the tankless heater condensation hose directly into the drain? That was certainly a factor in my case as the condensation was likely causing corrosion in the metal pipes. I saw a bunch of iron getting scraped out of the plumbing, which is always reassuring. D:

I feel like most of the plumbers I've worked with were flaky, unreliable, or downright shady. This definitely wasn't my experience with Handy Rooter. I'll definitely be keeping these folks on speed dial for future jobs!

I initially called for a service to replace drinking water dispenser. Trieu came right away to take a look and advised me to change the whole filtering system since he sees a wear and tear. Rather than a quick fix and get paid, he made that extra trip and recommend a system I could order from Amazon so he can return to install. I followed his advice. It is all done and working well now. He was professional in every way. I highly recommend his service.

Excellent service! Had a clogged drain at my parents house. After using the snake to clear the clog, the kitchen sink was still clogged. He then changed all the pipes under the sink.
