What comes with being a successful adult means being able to troubleshoot simple issues such as your home's water heater turning off.

After our water heater turned off, my mom and I had no idea what to do next. Since we didn't want to take the chance and ruin things even more, we decided to call Trieu. Trieu and his coworker (employee?) were able to come over the next day to see what the issue was.

Turns out, it was a simple issue and fix. Trieu explained to us what happened, some tips, and told us how to contact the water tank's company if we had any further issues (if the tank itself ends up being an issue in the future).

What stood out was Trieu showing my family and I how to fix this issue and what to look for. I feel like other people would have just fixed it and left us for chumps waiting for us to call again and be charged. Definitely a 5 star service!

Trieu was prompt, professional, and efficient. We'll definitely call for his services if we need it in the future!

These guys are absolutely the best. Extremely efficient, quick and organized. We had a complicated plumbing stoppage, and they quickly identified and fixed the issue. They are very well-equipped, having a truck with various drain cleaner machines, sewer camera etc. Can't recommend them high enough.

The issue I had prevented water coming in to my entire house, but Trieu and his partner came over within a couple hours of my call and fixed the plumbing issue within 1 hour. The quality of work was 10/10 and I was so happy to have working water within a few hours of being down. 5 stars for work quality, friendliness, and response time! Trieu even gave me tips and a technical summary of his fix.

Called them early Monday about needing someone to snake my house drain pipe, due to a blockage impacting two bathrooms. Trieu answered the phone and arranged an appointment at 1:30pm the same day. He quoted me a price if an exterior clean out was available, and a higher price if he had to snake the pipe from the roof vent. Later, he texted me he was able to get to my house early, and arrived with a helper at 11am. Trieu had a face mask and took his shoes off in the house. I showed him the problem and he quickly got to work. He noticed even after clearing the pipe, that it still had water in it. He thought there might be a downstream blockage and worked quite a while to clear it, even going to the roof and hydro jetting through the roof vents. Using his sewage camera, he determined water was in my drain pipe due to the pipe ""bellying"", and not being properly graded. That also explained the blockage because waste was gathering at the bottom of the belly. Trieu told me I should get the pipe grading corrected to prevent future blockages, and to make a future appointment if I wished for him to do the work. In the end, despite having worked so long and going to the roof, he still only charged me the original lower price estimate for the job. Definitely recommend Trieu for plumbing work.

Toilet wouldn't stop running. Plus a broken valve. Text Owner and got quote for installation and repair. Came the scheduled day on-time and repair in under 1 hr. Definitely will use the service again.
Include faucet repair, toilet repair and replace, water softner installation.
