The shower arm in our master bedroom broke and water was leaking behind the tiled wall for about a week. We thought that we would need to have the tiled shower torn down for repair due to damage. I found Trieu's businesss on Yelp so I decided to call him about the problem. He came out the next day. Not only did he fix the shower arm, examined and explained to us that there's no damage behind the wall. Thru that processs, he also showed us another leaking source due to the worn shower cartridge which we also had him replaced. Based on this positive experience, we hired Trieu to replace our water main shutoff valve which proofed to be another awesome experience. We found Trieu friendly, honest and a no nonsense hardworking business owner and technician. He offers quick response, good customer service at a reasonable price. Best service i've received by far!
The garbage disposal under my kitchen sink was broken, and I called handy rooter and plumbing to get it fixed. Trieu answered the call and gave me an appointment for early in the morning the very next day and also an estimate for the work (which itself was super impressive). Trieu was right on time, and got to work. He not only analyzed the problem well, but also gave us all possible options to fix it. He was very knowledgable, and gave us a detail description of what was going on, and what he was going to do to fix it. He also gave us suggestions on what to do next if something went wrong. He charged us the amount that was discussed earlier, and there were absolutely no surprises when it came to that. Trieu is super professional and very efficient as well! I would totally recommend them for any of your plumbing necessities, and I assure you that you will not be disappointed

1. after Christmas Eve dinner, we were ready to clean up. The kitchen sink was clogged up(the very first time since 2001 - brand new house.)
2. decided to leave everything not cleaned without calling rooter service.
3. called Triud around 9am in the Christmas Day (next day), and he seemed being waked up by me.

I called Trieu for a leak in the kitchen sink. He said he will come for a home visit for a free estimate. It was nice to hear that I can get an estimate before the work is done. He came on time, explained the problem ( the garbage dispenser mounting has become loose over a period) . He removed the dispenser and fixed it back within an hour or so - for a reasonable agreed amount. Unrelated to this, he also installed a bath sprout, since the existing one was leaking, for a nominal charge.
Next day, we found that there was again a leak under the kitchen sink. Naturally we suspected that something went wrong with his work. within 45 mins of our calling, he came and detected that the problem has nothing to do with what he did earlier. He showed that the faucet hose has become loose and hence the leak. He tightened it and the problem got fixed. As a goodwill, he did not charge me for this visit. He was thoroughly professional throughout, fun to talk with and to the point. Will strongly recommend him to any discerning customer.

I can't say enough positive things about Trieu and his business. He is the person who saved me thousands of dollars by properly diagnosing my issue and addressing it. I thought i had a sewer problem. A number of other plumbers were quick to recommend that i should just install a new sewer pipe since my house is too old and the old pipes always start to create problems, due to roots, bad soil, rust, etc. Six different plumbers had the same recommendation and this job was going to cost me a ton of money. Trieu was the only one who came and insisted on running a camera in my sewer pipe to properly diagnose and then price this project. And here is the surprise. He actually found out that my sewer pipe was already replaced in the past, likely by previous home owner. I had a newer pipe in great condition and all we had to do is add a clean-out, for better maintenance. I was shocked. He literally saved me from ripping out a newer sewer pipe, replacing it for no reason and paying thousands of $$ more. Needless to say - i would call him again and again for ANY plumbing needs. He is very direct and very honest. He was also very prompt and professional during the entire process. Do no hesitate to contact him.

Very reliable and efficient!!!!! Trieu will be my go to from now on if we have a problem in our house. I called yesterday because we have a leak that needs an immediate intervention.
