I was always happy with Trieu's work before he hung his own shingle. I left 5 star reviews on his former company's Yelp page. A different plumber from that company installed my tankless water heater, but when I lost pressure and temperature, I reached out to Trieu. He immediately suggested that it likely needed a routine flushing. He told me that it's not cost effective for him to offer that service, but doesn't he come over to my place and show me how to do it myself... on a Sunday!

Thank goodness for Handy Rooter & Plumbing! They saved us from a very bad plumbing situation, right before Christmas. We noticed a leak that was occurring within a wall near our water heater/furnace. They were able to quickly pinpoint it, remove the leaky pipe and replace it with new copper pipe in under an hour. They were fast, professional, clean and courteous and price was reasonable. I had a main sewer line plug and had Roto Rooter come out. Tech ran the tool until he hit an obstacle which he told me was either pipe offset problem or a giant root. He gave up stating that the line was flowing and he could notbguarantee the job. $425.00. He recommended a video follow-up $165.00.
Plugged again. Called Trieu who promptly showed up. He gave me a $150.00 quote and went to work. He pulled out a foot and a half root configuration and assured me that the line was open. He then video checked the sewer line. He assessed the main line as being perfect. The city hookup had a small offset. Trieu gave me a wealth of information to help me address this problem. Great human being and I highly recommend him.

We just moved back into our home after 9mos. of renovation; much to our chagrin our sewer main backed up due to roots issue. Trieu was the 3rd rooter/plumber that we contacted but the first who was able to get to us in a timely manner (arrived at our house within 45min). He was able to clear the clog and the roots within a short time. Showed us (via video cam) where the issue is located and recommended a long term solution. His fees were very reasonable, we really appreciated his quick response time and wonderful service.
