Came out to look at my job. Left with a promise to send an estimate shortly afterwards. Never heard from them again. Sent an email to ask about the estimate a few days later, and again I got ghosted. I'm writing this review because they have closed out my 'job' in their system 3 weeks later (without even saying anything to me) which then sent me an email encouraging me to give them a review...so here it is.

Much thanks to Marvin Gonzalez and Gustavo Cornelio for their fast and professional work replacing a single shower head to at 2 in 1 with the detachable handheld shower head!

Then they saved me from a huge disaster. After installing a new shower head, they looked at our water heater and discovered rust and decay - it could have failed at any time. (See before and after pics). So they returned to the house with a new water heater and stayed til almost 7 pm to replace the water heater. Super professional and caring - strongly recommended!!

Had a leak from second floor Shower room through kitchen ceiling; had elite rooter in SJ came the day earlier, Elite rooter opened 3 holes in my house and couldn't locate the leak. Called for EJ plumbing, EJ referred me to handy plumbing man. called for service on 11:00am, Marco arrived at 12:15pm. After an hour he located exactly where the leak is. Price is very reasonable, great service and great attitude. Best plumbing service I have ever experienced

I needed a plumber to look at my shower head that was not working probably. Miguel and Ryan from Handy Plumbing Man LLC were very professional and explained what they were going to do and the cost for doing so. They were very honest and told me that the required job would cost more than I wanted to spend at this time. They also ruled out a potential problem I thought I had. All in all they charged me nothing for checking out and trying to fix my problem. Very refreshing to have a company with workers who have integrity and honesty. I told them when the time came to fix the problem, they would be the first on my list to call.

Ray and Brian were great! I was told by my refrigerator manufacturer that there was no problem with the refrigerator and the ice maker issue had to be due to the water line. But Handy Plumbing Man fully tested the water line and there were no issues! So I'm back to the refrigerator manufacturer to address the issue, but I appreciate the time they took with a thorough assessment. Best of all, they didn't charge me at all since there was nothing they could address. Thanks to a great team!

Ray came to help us out in our townhome. We had noticed a leak under the sink but were not sure the cause of the issue. He came out and originally assessed it may have been the dishwasher, but he needed approval from our housing manager to make any changes.

In the meantime (had to wait a day or so), we realized that the leak was actually happening while we used our garbage disposal. So we called the team back and shared our discovery. Ray was able to quickly assess that the connecting pipe was too short and resolved the issue in about 30 minutes.

We're so grateful for their friendly service and efficient work. I've had many plumbing nightmare situations in other buildings, but this was a great experience. Highly recommend!
