This not a complaint of service. I'm sure they do a good job cause all I see from everyone's reviews are 4 and mostly 5 stars and that's why I called. But yes they are far from where I live and but Nobody showed up for the appointment after confirming the date and time. Oh well guess they forgot about jt. Cause I even replied to the text number where they confirmed the date and time of appointment. I can't give them a 1 cause it would not be fair to them and not a five star review cause they did not do any work.

He not only fixed everything expertly, but also texted me short video clips of the job before and after. A really thoughtful worker. He even helped my mother change her hearing-aid tips! They did a good quick job on the toilet fill valve replacements. They alerted us to some necessary re-piping, although that is a big enough job we are getting multiple quotes. I needed a shower handle replaced, and they tried to upsell me to get the entire shower valve redone - that's wasn't technically necessary (we intend to redo the bathroom in a year or two), and I found it much less expensive to get a new handle and replace it myself; I wish they just offered to do what I asked.
