The service tech was on time, completed the survey of our plumbing issue, complete with many pictures and video. He called the office and configured a price to complete the project which was a far more reasonable cost then the three other companies that came before Handy Plumbing Man.
We agreed, he said he we be here in the morning and he was fully prepared, completed the work again showed pictures of the new fittings and area! Fantastic!

Ray Ibañez came out to help diagnose a backed-up sewer lateral. He was very patient and listened to all my questions and concerns to make sure he understood the situation. I would highly recommend Marco and Handy Plumbing Man. Our sewer was clogged and a few days previously I had called a well known local plumbing company. They came out and spent 1 1/2 hrs. chatting with me but they had not brought a blade needed to cut through roots so they were only partially able to do the job. My wife called Handy Plumbing Man a few days later and Wow, Marco came with state of the art equipment and had the pipes clean in 10 minutes. Will not call anyone else next time we have a plumbing problem.
