Plumbing issue arose at night, and the owner Marco arrived first thing in the morning to assess the problem. Communication via phone, text and email was responsive and courteous. The work was done efficiently and neatly. Covid protocols were followed. We will definitely use Handy Plumbing Man the next time we need a plumber!

JR was great. He arrived early (along with a courtesy call to let me know in advance) and quickly addressed our clogged toilet. He also helped adjust a tap free of charge and gave us some good advice.

Wore a KN95 mask the whole time and put on booties whenever he entered the house.

We had a long-standing sewer plumbing issue that came to a crisis over a weekend. They pulled 80' of pipe rather than having to dig it all up. David was responsive to questions. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. They cleaned up after.

Facts: needed a kitchen sink disposal unit fixed. I got the equipment. And technician came and fixed it. Was prompt. Was professional. Took about a hour and a half. The service cost was $395.
Opinion: pleased with the service, but not with the cost. I would have expected less than $200 for an hour and a half service. As i understand it, the charge may not be by hour, but by type of cost.

Marco answered my call on the first ring at noon on a Tuesday and he had JR, a technician, at my house by 1:30 to assess the problem. I had a water heater leaking and it needed to be replaced. JR had a team on property replacing the water heater with excellent workmanship. Everyone I met, on the phone or in person, was delightful to work with and showed a consistent emphasis on customer service. I would strongly recommend Handy Plumbing Man.

They were right at the time window that was given for arrival and replaced the water heater in the basement (difficult to access) with no issues. The new water heaters pressure relief valve was defective and they replaced it quickly. The work was done for the price quoted on the phone

He diagnosed the issues quickly, bought the necessary materials and was completely finished with the job within a couple of hours. From my first call to Marco to the completion of the replacement of my aged water heater, the experience was superb. When I said it was not an emergency, the appointment was set for the next morning. Jose and his partner were on time, cheerful and pleasant, and were finished within three hours, although my water heater was very difficult to access. Covid protocols were diligently observed. They cleaned up beautifully, too! I am extremely happy with this company.
