Update: I absolutely love this company! The contractor couldn't get the shower to work so Jair came out today looked at it and knew right away what the problem was.

We are having our master bathroom redone and the current contractor wasn't sure how to install this specific faucet SO I called Halo Services and they came the next day to look at it, said no problem and did it the next week! So happy with them and will definitely recommend this company people I know. Jaír and Nayar worked extremely fast and cleaned up after themselves also . 10 out of 10.

Plumbing problems are usually stressful and expensive to fix. However, for the first time, I had a really pleasant and FAIR priced experience. Loren, who is a master plumber, came out in about 1.5 hours to take care of a clogged kitchen sink. He was awesome when he encountered some unexpected issues and he got the job done! Also, he was really respectful of my house and kept it clean. Even brought his own blanket to not make a mess.

Loren was great. Responded within 30 minutes of message, and talked through over the phone what he expected and when he'd be able to come over. Was able to go back and forth between text to ensure someone would be home to meet him. He diagnosed, explained, and fixed the issue within 45 minutes. The price was higher than I expected given the time to repair and materials, but Loren was professional, friendly, on time and got my problems fixed. I will use HaLo again if needed.

One of the sinks in my master bathroom clogged up so I decided to just use the other master bathroom sink. Then that one too clogged up. I did the next best thing and just used the downstairs sink lol (aint nobody got time o deal with clogs). Then both master bathroom sinks started filling up with water. I disconnected the plastic pipes and put a large bucket to catch the water but the last straw was when I had to set my alarm to wake up every 3 hours to dump the bucket to keep it from overflowing. I called 2 plumbers (neither answered).

I saw the good reviews for HaLo Services so I called around 1pm. I told him my problem and he said he could make it there today! He would let me know when he's about an hour away. I wanted to hit the gym after work and he texted while I was at the gym saying he was an hour away. As soon as I finished working out, he called saying he was here. I made it home about ~7mins later so I appreciate him patiently waiting. I showed him the clogged sinks and he got right to work. It took maybe 10mins for him to fix. Very professional! And he charged $120. $120 for 10min of work? I look at it more as piece of mind and not having to come home at lunch to dump the bucket and being able to sleep fully through the night. 5 stars from me!
