Found a water leak at our water meter just at the end of the day - Loren was very quick in responding, had excellent knowledge of possible problems and was very good in providing a possible range of costs. The team was as quick and professional as possible. They walked me through the repair and took the time the next day to make sure the fix was working (which it was of course). Overall very happy from start to finish.

Our upstairs drain for the AC and bath had clogged and we had water that had ruined the bathroom and entryway and front door. Loren came out very quickly and assessed exactly what had happened and gave me some options and estimates on the work to be done.
He was very professional and even unclogged the pipe so it would stop having additional leaking and damage.
I'd had another company come out and they did not do anything to even temporarily fix the problem.

I'm new to plumbing problems, and without really knowing anyone, I was leery of what to expect.
I made several calls to folks Around Spring Branch and Houston and while I got some solid feedback, Loren was uber responsive, forthright and made it clear he'd have to see the issue before he could diagnose. He arrived in a timely fashion, his attention to detail was superb and his professional decorum & knowledge was impressive.

I had a clog in my sewage line out back of the house, so he knocked it out in less than 20 minutes, cleaned up the area and fixed it to where I could replace the cap with no issues.

He also pointed out two other minor issues - one on my neighbor's house, and then one on mine. Didn't try to up sell, just pointed them out and told me to let him know and he'd fix it.

All in all, he fixed the problem, charged me a reasonable price and is an overall good dude. I will use him again - hopefully I don't have to - but you get my drift. And I'd recommend him to anyone.

Had a water leak on exterior pipe at an older home inThe Heights. Researched plumbers in the area and found Halo here in Yelp. Contacted them in the afternoon and within an hour they were on site to evaluate and give a free estimate. Started work that afternoon and finished early the next day. Excellent communication and updates during the repair process. Will definitely use again when I have any plumbing repairs.
