My bathroom faucet was leaking even when turned off. Changing the washers did not fix the leak and I discovered that the shutoff value below the sink did not turn off completely either. I decided to buy a new faucet and update the water cables and shut off valves. The technician came out and provided a flat price estimate. He installed two new quarter turn valves and cabling to the existing faucet. This work allowed us to turn off the leaking faucet without turning off the water to the whole house. The technician came back a few days later to finish the installation of the new faucet. He discovered that the new faucet base was too big for the hole in the counter. He drilled the hole larger and then installed the fixture. The technician did a very thorough job. The customer service team kept me informed of any changes to the schedule. I am very pleased with their work.

Well...I rarely leave yelp review unless the vendor does an excellent job...or an extremely poor job in this case. I hired Hall's team to check out a leak in my garage ceiling from the bathroom above. The technician cut out two big holes in the ceiling, did the inspection and determined pipes were ok and the leak was from the shower splash. Ok I took that, bought a new shower splash guard to ensure water never spills out again....when I used the bathroom this week....water leak continues...through the ceiling I just patched last week...called the company to complain, they said they are not a water leak expert but they can refer us to someone they know. Maybe I'm ignorant, but a plumbing company that's not a water leak expert?? Why did you even accept the project in the first place? My suggestion to you is - hire carefully, this vendor may not detect your water leak problem. Thanks for letting me vent here. Happy holiday everyone.

My garden stand pipe corroded and started leaking everywhere! I called Hall's and they came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate to fix it the same day. Finances were tight but it was ok because you can get financing and approved in minutes. Not realizing how quick it was we went without water until I got approved later that day, unlike competitors, they came out the very next day and did an amazing job, even did a courtesy repair of a leaky spigot! Riley did an amazing job and kept calm despite my panic. So grateful I already have them lined up for more projects!

Hall's did it again! I first called Hall's about 7 years ago and they were excellent. I noticed that they've grown a lot recently as I see their trucks around town, and I wondered if they're still excellent. Austin came out today to fix a residential hose bib leak and he was excellent in all the ways I expect of Hall's: on time, communicative, estimate first, discussed what the plan is, offered alternative parts, quality parts used, explained what he was doing, neat worker, tested when complete, super polite, and answered ALL my questions. Hall's did it again!!!

These guys are always great. Very knowledgeable and prepared for anything. I thought they were just coming for an estimate today, but were able to replace my garbage disposal right away. I had several issues to discuss, and they gave lots of options and very good advice. Very happy with their work and will definitely hire them again for any future work.

Orlando from Halls is a very knowledgeable and professional plumber. He told me everything he was going to do and options once diagnostics were completed. he was very efficient in his work and tidy. He fixed the problem of a shower head and tub spout leak without the dreaded anxiety of expense on my part. The original price he quoted was the exact cost at the end. We used Halls before and they did a great job on a bigger more mysterious leak that seem to happen with Davis house plumbing installed in foundations years ago. I highly recommend Orlando and Halls for his work.
