Last Friday, Chris came back to the house for the 2nd time. Just as before, he was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and professional. This time we had a stepped up kitchen drain, which needed to be snaked out. He explained exactly what was wrong and what he would do. Then it was done efficiently and with no mess.

Today, Orlando came to the house to fix some other plumbing difficulties. Previously, he had advised me about a whole house filtration system. He was as helpful and professional as before. He gave me various options about the problems and even came up with an inexpensive solution to one of them.

Hall's Plumbing definitely make it a point to have well-trained professionals who are helpful, courteous, friendly. This type of company is very hard to find and I recommend them with no reservations.

I heartily recommend Hall's Pumbing. We called Hall's because we had a situation where the water was off and we couldn't turn it back on (broken pipe). They were able to get a technician (Orlando - actually a supervisor) out within about half an hour, we were given an estimate (pricey, but not shockingly so), and Orlando was able to fix our problem and have us back up in an hour. We'll definitely call again! Thank you, Hall's Plumbing.

Very quick and responsive! The plumber (Chris) was knowledgeable and professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. We decided to go with a different company due to pricing, but would still recommend Hall's for prompt and professional service.

I highly recommend this company. They are prompt, knowledgeable, spent the time necessary to explain everything, provided detailed written estimates for the options they presented to us for our problem. We had a backed up sewer line caused by roots and they resolved the problem with the option we chose.

I needed to find where a downspout drain ran to get it unclogged. Halls offers both hydro jet and camera which I thought would be needed. They were prompt and their two techs (Carsten and Josh) could not have been better. Polite, helpful and hard working. I don't see those traits much anymore but these two were stellar. Thank you!

Not sure how I could recommend Hall's more. Main sewer line having issues. Camera shows a break and tree root intrusion. Rah explained my options and all of the different ways to fix this. Decide on a plan and agree to the contract. 811 marks the utilities and, yeah, this isn't going to work. Get a new plan, rebid with a couple of companies and they are still good. This company has professionals from the first call to the guy filling the trench after the pipe is inspected. Alonzo, Lorenzo, Ryan, and James were nothing but the most professional and awesome guys. This company will take care of every step and everyone is nothing but the highest caliber.

Dylan and Immanuel were great! It was a pleasure having them here. Dylan would always answer our questions and explain what was happening. He is a very personable young man and a great worker. They were done ahead of schedule and it was fantastic to have water again. I will definitely use Halls Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

My main sewer line clogged late in the day and technicians Josh and Carston came out the very next morning. They were polite and knowledgeable and patiently explained what they were planning to do before troubleshooting. I even got to watch the camera probe screen - interesting!
