Orlando from Halls Plumbing was great, he took the time to see if there was a fix for my water softener, and when there wasn't he helped me find a replacement and gave a very reasonable quote to replace it.

This review is directed toward the management, not the individual who performed the work. First, they do not provide a breakdown of the work done, which is indicative of giving themselves the freedom to charge whatever they want; in other words, the amount they overcharge is based on no logical principle. How much am I paying for labour? How much are the parts? Second, the warranty of the work carried out is only 30 days--another red flag. You overcharge your customers, and are not responsible enough to offer support in return for the work performed.

I am happy that my plumbing problem was not urgent. I wonder how much they charge individuals for emergencies--situations in which they know the customer is desperate?!

I would not recommend Hall's Plumbing under any circumstances. They rip you off for easy jobs.

Display some rectitude, and follow principles, not your whims.

Austin was wonderful! He was ery prompt and explained what the problem was and how he was going to repair it. Love Halls plumbing! They are always there for us when we need them.

Ron stopped by and fixed our clogged dishwasher/garbage disposal today. He worked quickly and we had a good conversation. He also fixed our noisy toilet and helped pop off the drain in our bathtub. Our 20+ year old water heater finally succumbed to old age, and Orlando came out to diagnose the problem and provided several options at competitive prices. He also confirmed that another approach I was considering wouldn't be very efficient without a lot of additional (expensive) work. We were able to find a solution that worked, including same day service. You really can't ask for more than that.

Orlando had explained that Hall's is a customer-first company, and demonstrated that with his approach and honesty. This is a first-class organization.

We had a hissing noise under our gas stove range and we were afraid it was something serious. Ron Collis found quickly the cause. He could have charged us a lot, but was unbelievably honest. Based on this great experience, we plan to use Hall's for some forthcoming kitchen plumbing work.

We've used Hall's plumbing for several jobs over the past few years ranging from Hot water heating installation to hot water recirculator. The technicians have always been very responsive, professional and clean. Recently we had a clogged toilet. Hall's came out 4 days later (no emergency) to fix the toilet. Upon arrive, the technician (Jonathan?) checked the water line and flushed the toilet. Apparently, the solid clog had dissolved over time. Amazingly, Hall's did NOT charge anything for the visit. No service charge at all!!
Unbelievable customer service. We're only calling Hall's for plumbing issues from now on.

The whole crew is AMAZING! I reached out via yelp, and immediately got a response back. I had a utility drain that spewed out black gunk. Needless to say, it was a smelly mess that needed fixing fast. Scheduled something the same day. The crew arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, told us exactly what was going on, gave us options to weigh and performed the job. They performed a hydro jet cleaning. They followed-up a few days later, and then again the following week. I indicated to them that there still seemed to be an issue with the toilet bubbling up when flushing. They again came out the next morning, and diagnosed the issue, turns out, that after scoping out the line, it was an issue with the toilet itself. While they were there, I had them look at another issue that popped up the main bath toilet. Get this --- they diagnosed and fixed that problem -- no charge. Granted it was a small fix, but Josh still spent 15-20 minutes to look and test whether the fix worked. I can't say enough about the entire team ; Jon, Josh, Ethan, and Amy. What a bunch of pros who really care about providing excellent customer service. While I hope not to experience any more surprise plumbing issues, I will say that if I do, I know I'm in excellent care with this team of dedicated people.

Dylan and Anthony are simply amazing! They came out to replace our pipes from front to back and were a pleasure to deal with. Even caught a problem with our bathroom sink and knocked that out as well on the fly!!! Great guys. Thank you so much.
