We worked with Melanie, Joe, and Josh to get a sewage line inspection done on a house we are closing on.

All three were amazing to work with! My dad always said when you find good honest people, you stick with them. We will be saving their info for all of our future plumbing needs.

I honestly recommend going straight to a plumbing service for a sewage line inspection instead of using a home inspector to do it. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I could understand. Everyone was very helpful and just all around great customer service. We received our report and quote the same day.

Just called to inquire about getting the outflow to our washing machine and an essential sink sorted and was told that they could not get anyone out to see us for 3 weeks. I understand that things are a bit crazy at the moment but a 3 week wait for an urgent problem is not really acceptable especially seeing as we had used them for our escrow inspection. We certainly can't live without our sink/washing machine for that long! They still get 3 stars because they did a decent job of the aforementioned inspection.it sounds like they need to hire more plumbers. Other companies were available the next day.

We asked Hall's Plumbing move our washer and dryer connections from inside our home to the garage across a common wall. They immediately came out and gave us a very reasonable quote and set up a timely date to have the work done. They arrived on time and did a very professional job. They were meticulous in cleaning up. We would highly recommend Hall's plumbing!

When we needed to install a new toilet, I got bids from several plumbers. Hall's was not the cheapest but I went with them because of prior Yelp reviews and I am glad we did. Installing the toilet proved to be a bit problematic due to prior plumbing problems in our old house. Nevertheless, Ron did a great job pointing out what the issues were and given us options for the repair/installation. He followed up diligently to complete the task. Throughout the work, Ron was very conscientious about COVID precautions as well as keeping the work area and our house clean. Although probably not the cheapest plumbers around, I would highly recommend them for their quality work, follow-up, and commitment to do the job right.

So on the positive side, everyone I dealt with was nice, hence the two stars. On the negative side, they first misdiagnosed the source of my leaky drain pipe and left without it fixed, they then came back and rebuilt a section of the drain pipe and again left with it still leaking, and finally on the third visit stopped the leaking in the rebuilt section but wouldn't clear the drain with a snake (was told this was needed) without paying them an additional $250 on top of the $900 they were already charging. I ended up hiring another 5 star rated plumber for $145. Overpriced for poor quality work, I'll never use this company again.

From start to finish, the experience with Hall's plumbing was wonderful. Melanie was accommodating and helpful with explaining the process, and quickly scheduled a next-day appointment per request (she did offer a same-day appointment). Troy was communicative about his estimated time of arrival, and was friendly and knowledgable. He was transparent about pricing and lack of 100% certainty that he would be able to fix an unusual water heater problem. Due to his astute diagnostic skills, Troy was able to completely solve the problem! I will be using Hall's Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Joel came out to fix plugged up bathroom sinks. He was very thorough in his assessment as to the problem and provided several solutions to remedy the problem with estimates for each. Joel suggested going the least expensive route first and see if works. We did just that and the problem was fixed. He was very courteous, friendly, safety conscious (wore mask and shoe covers), and fast. I will definitely go with Hall's Plumbing for future plumbing issues.

Halls came out to clear a drain for me, but the problem turned out to be more complicated. They did not charge me for the initial visit, only for the leak detection service that came afterwards.

After the leak detection service, they gave me an honest quote and allowed me to think about how to proceed. I ended up fixing the problem myself because I had the tools, but I am very happy with their service.

Hopefully I DON'T need to see you again. But if something happens you'll be the first call!
