I needed to find where a downspout drain ran to get it unclogged. Halls offers both hydro jet and camera which I thought would be needed. They were prompt and their two techs (Carsten and Josh) could not have been better. Polite, helpful and hard working. I don't see those traits much anymore but these two were stellar. Thank you!

Not sure how I could recommend Hall's more. Main sewer line having issues. Camera shows a break and tree root intrusion. Rah explained my options and all of the different ways to fix this. Decide on a plan and agree to the contract. 811 marks the utilities and, yeah, this isn't going to work. Get a new plan, rebid with a couple of companies and they are still good. This company has professionals from the first call to the guy filling the trench after the pipe is inspected. Alonzo, Lorenzo, Ryan, and James were nothing but the most professional and awesome guys. This company will take care of every step and everyone is nothing but the highest caliber.

Dylan and Immanuel were great! It was a pleasure having them here. Dylan would always answer our questions and explain what was happening. He is a very personable young man and a great worker. My main sewer line clogged late in the day and technicians Josh and Carston came out the very next morning. They were polite and knowledgeable and patiently explained what they were planning to do before troubleshooting. I even got to watch the camera probe screen - interesting! Plumbing is a totally new experience these days. I am a satisfied Hall's customer!

Called in to make an appointment and was told if their technician called me by 2pm that day then they'd be able to fit me in their schedule but if I don't hear anything by 2pm then I'm ""definitely"" on the schedule for the next day and that the technician would call an hour before showing up. No technician ever called and no one showed up. I didn't bother to call back to let them know that. If your business is that messy that your techs are flaking on customers, and your office personnel are so unorganized that you don't notice it, that tells me all I need to know about your company and I'm definitely not interested in doing business with you. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Went with a different company (5 star plumbing) and they were on top of it. Professional, kind, organized, and did a good job.

I didn't end up hiring Hall's to complete a faucet replacement because their tech Orlando showed up and gave me a pro tip about how to easily do it myself. The least I can do is leave a review. What a nice experience. I will call them first from now on!

I can't say enough good things about Hall's Plumbing. If you are looking for a good plumber in the Sacramento area, save yourself time and money with Hall's. I closed on my house in April and there were a few items on the inspection related to plumbing that needed to be fixed. I received quotes from three different plumbers in the area and Hall's was the most reasonably priced and realistic with what needed to be done now and what could wait. They also had the BEST customer service of any of the contractors I've had in and out over the past month.

Rah did the initial inspections, scope of work, and estimate. He took time to educate me as a new homeowner, talking through each work item in detail. Rah said that he treats each customer like family, and it's evident that the whole company abides by the same standard of quality and honesty.

Dylan and Alonzo came to do the work once they finished obtaining the work permits. A section of the sewer lateral pipe needed to be replaced. They arrived on time around 8:30 am and finished a little after 1 pm. They had to dig up a pretty good-sized section of my lawn to get to the pipe. When they were finished, you would have never known that the lawn was dug up! They put all the rocks and grass back in place with care.

Dylan also replaced one of the valves on my water heater at no extra cost and took extra time to clean out some of the calcium buildup inside the tank.

Hall's has a new lifetime customer because of their excellent customer service. It's so hard to find good, honest, family-owned businesses these days. So thankful for them!
