Hahn Supply
Company Overview
Charles Hahn founded ""Hahn Plumbing"" in Lewiston, Idaho when he was just 23 years old in 1898. He broadened his operations to incorporate wholesale and retail plumbing within 6 to 7 years. Until 1935, he managed several locations in Lewiston before selling the retail division and focusing on wholesale. In 1937, Charles Hahn died due to a heart attack. In 1959, Hahn's constructed a new warehouse at 2101 Main Street in Lewiston, which still serves as the corporate headquarters and main storage facility. In 1989, the company acquired a tool repair business, now known as Hahn Tool Repair, along with an equipment rental yard at 324 Thain Rd. in the Lewiston Orchards, operating as Hahn Rental Center. During the next 7 years, Hahn Rental Center expanded to three more locations. The new sites are located in Kamiah, ID, Moscow, ID, and at the headquarters in downtown Lewiston. As it moves into its 5th generation, Hahn Supply, Hahn Tool Repair, and Hahn Rental Center remain entirely family-owned.
