Company Overview

At the age of 23, Charles Hahn launched ""Hahn Plumbing"" in Lewiston, Idaho in 1898. Within the next 6 to 7 years, he expanded his business to include wholesale and retail plumbing. Until 1935, he managed several locations in Lewiston before selling the retail division and focusing on wholesale. Charles Hahn passed away from a heart attack in 1937. In 1959, Hahn's constructed a new warehouse at 2101 Main Street in Lewiston, which still serves as the corporate headquarters and main storage facility. In 1989, the company acquired a tool repair business, now known as Hahn Tool Repair, along with an equipment rental yard at 324 Thain Rd. in the Lewiston Orchards, operating as Hahn Rental Center. During the next 7 years, Hahn Rental Center expanded to three more locations. These locations are in Kamiah, ID, Moscow, ID, and at their headquarters in downtown Lewiston. As it moves into its 5th generation, Hahn Supply, Hahn Tool Repair, and Hahn Rental Center remain entirely family-owned.
