My family hails from Cuba, where my father and I worked in various locations, providing great customer service. One day, I met a man named Ricky who introduced me to the plumbing trade. Although I had a background in construction, the methods used here differ significantly from those in my homeland. Observing the plumbing practices in this country, I felt fulfilled knowing I could assist others, as plumbing is a vital service that is always in demand.

I focused on understanding how to assist my community and customers by providing competitive prices and excellent service, addressing their needs and offering practical solutions. This motivated me to establish my own business. Prior to starting, I found a school that offered journeyman training, and I completed four years with the PHCCC in California, achieving my certification.

My name is Dahymel Medrano, and I was born in Cuba. My father immigrated due to political issues with the Cuban government, and we began our journey in this country. Having worked in construction and running a small business back home, we aimed to create a new life here by helping our community. With limited resources, we believed starting a plumbing business would allow us to assist friends, family, and the wider community. Our family-owned company has since expanded its reach throughout the Bay Area.
