Originally from Cuba, my father and I worked in different places, delivering great customer service. It was during this time that I met Ricky, who opened my eyes to the plumbing industry. My construction experience was valuable, but the techniques here were quite different from what I knew back home. Witnessing the plumbing work being done, I realized I could make a difference, as plumbing is an essential service that people constantly need.

I focused on understanding how to assist my community and customers by providing competitive prices and reliable service, addressing their needs and offering practical solutions. This motivated me to establish my own business. Prior to starting, I found a school that offered journeyman training, and I completed four years with the PHCCC in California, achieving my certification.

My name is Dahymel Medrano, and I was born in Cuba. My father immigrated due to political issues with the Cuban government, and we began our journey in this country. Having worked in construction and running a small business back home, we aimed to create a new life here by helping our community. With limited resources, we believed starting a plumbing business would allow us to assist friends, family, and the wider community. Our family-owned company has since expanded its reach throughout the Bay Area.
