We are a family-owned company dedicated to serving our community by offering reasonable plumbing estimates and high-quality services, along with superior customer support. My family hails from Cuba, where my father and I worked in various locations, providing great customer service. One day, I met a man named Ricky who introduced me to the plumbing trade. Although I had a background in construction, the methods used here differ significantly from those in my homeland. Observing the plumbing practices in this country, I felt fulfilled knowing I could assist others, as plumbing is a vital service that is always in demand.

I learned how to support my community and clients by offering reasonable pricing and exceptional service, helping to resolve their issues and provide effective solutions. This inspired me to start my own business. Before launching, I discovered a school where I could train to become a journeyman. I completed four years of journeyman training with the PHCCC in California and earned my certification.

I am Dahymel Medrano, originally from Cuba. My father came to this country due to political challenges with the Cuban government, and we started our new life here. With experience in construction and a small business in Cuba, we wanted to contribute to our community. Given our limited resources, we decided that launching a plumbing business would enable us to help friends, family, and the broader community. Our family-owned business has grown to serve the entire Bay Area.
