Originally from Cuba, my father and I worked in different places, delivering quality customer service. It was during this time that I met Ricky, who opened my eyes to the plumbing industry. My construction experience was valuable, but the techniques here were quite different from what I knew back home. Witnessing the plumbing work being done, I realized I could make a difference, as plumbing is an essential service that people constantly need.

I learned how to support my community and clients by offering fair pricing and high-quality service, helping to resolve their issues and provide effective solutions. This inspired me to start my own business. Before launching, I discovered a school where I could train to become a journeyman. I completed four years of journeyman training with the PHCCC in California and earned my certification.

My name is Dahymel Medrano, and I was born in Cuba. My father immigrated due to political issues with the Cuban government, and we began our journey in this country. Having worked in construction and running a small business back home, we aimed to create a new life here by helping our community. With limited resources, we believed starting a plumbing business would allow us to assist friends, family, and the wider community. Our family-owned company has since expanded its reach throughout the Bay Area.
