My best advice is dont ever trust this company... for a valve change they quoted $350 and there were three valves quoted $1000... actual valve cost is around $30. just cheating to get the visitation fee... dont ever work with them

I called this company to locate some defective zone valves and replace them.
They came out, looked around for a while, recommended I replace some sprinkler heads, gave me a bill and left.
I did some locating of the main lines and wiring myself and called them back to let them know that their work that would require sweat and digging had been significantly reduced.
They said they might be able to come out in a few weeks.
In my estimation they are looking for solutions that fit their desire, not the customer's needs.
If you have an easy job that requires little manual labor, the other reviews indicate they do a good job, but I dont think I would count on them for the difficult work.

H20 did a great job at a reasonable price, replacing a faulty valve after locating the valve boxes for me. Jacob was willing to educate me, answering questions and showing an extreme amount of patience with me, an admittedly non-mechanical guy. I'll confidently recommend them!

H2O is not a good resource for sprinkler repairs or drainage solutions. They overcharge and do not have the background to come up with proper drainage solutions. Most recently, I was charged over $700 for less than $100 worth of parts and 1 hour of labor by two workers. I confirmed with two other companies after the fact that a proper charge would have been somewhere in the $200 to $300 range. I was similarly overcharged on a previous service call, but didn't have time to look into it at the time. Sprinkler repairs are not difficult, find someone who will charge a reasonable rate.
