Told us they would be here at 245 pm and called at 315 pm to tell me he could not possibly come till 6pm. I find this unreliable and will never use them. It was easy to find some one else who would do the work.

I called H2O to give me a price for a foundation irrigation system. I spoke with Doug first then someone else on the second call since I had not seen anything from Doug after 3 weeks. They both told me they would get me a price to do the work. After almost 3 months now and several calls to them after with no return call - I guess they are not interested. If you do not want to give someone a price at least tell them you are not interested.

I hired them to rehab my sprinkler system. They charged me $300.00 and changed sprinkler heads and did adjustments. When I inspected the work, I found a leak, a badly over-spraying head and one head that did not rotate. I called them out to finish the job. They do not warranty their work, only their sprinkler heads. I had to pay them and extra $100.00, including another service call, for them to finish a job that I had already paid for. I would NEVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. I believe them to be dishonest.

I needed help finding a valve in my yard. They showed up and had it located in less than an hour from time of call. Friendly and fast....cost me $90, but I had spent hours of my time already. I should have just called in the first place !

I bought a sprinkler tune-up from Angie's List from this company. Dwayne came out at the scheduled time and then informed me he did NOT have the necessary supplies to work on a sprinkler system with him at that time and could we reschedule. We rescheduled for two days later - he called and asked to reschedule again. We rescheduled for the following Monday - He was a NO SHOW/NO CALL. During our first meeting he claimed he had NOT had time to get breakfast or coffee. I made him coffee put it in a thermal travel mug. NOW I AM OUT THE TUNE UP FEE AND THE TRAVEL MUG. WONT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS! DO NOT USE

I've used H2O twice, both times for repairs to my residential irrigation system. Each time I was very pleased with the quality, speed, and price of their work.

Dwayne was on-site the first time and was straight-forward about options and cost, as well as respectful of my decision to not purchase certain products (due to my special circumstances), all of which I greatly appreciated. His staff works very well together and are able to knock out work faster than I would have expected. The times that I've had to leave a message Dwayne was always very quick to respond.

It's also important for me to comment on their honesty. When I called them up for an over-the-phone quote it came out a little higher than I was expecting, which I think was because I was overestimating the work that had to be done. Once the 30 minutes of work was completed and I received the bill it was exactly in line with what I was expecting. If they had charged the price they initially quoted (double what was billed) I would have paid it, but I would have looked for other irrigation specialists the next time I needed one. Now I'm definitely using them again as well as giving them a solid five stars on Yelp.

Dewayne West is the owner and long time resident of Irving. He has a very good staff and is very experienced in irrigation systems. I use him all the time and have referred many people his way. His brother Scott owns Four Seasons Sprinklers and he is great also. Reviewed by Mark Ondras.
