H2O was referred by the plumber I contacted for a leak in our kitchen ceiling before doing any work. H2O sent two technicians who are very polite. After assessing the leak damage, they mentioned the need to open up the ceiling to see exactly where the leak is and mold assessment, if any. I agreed and explicitly gave them permission. The next question they asked was if insurance will be used to pay for the service. I opted that I pay out of pocket as the leak appears minimal. Several minutes later their supervisor (very polite lady) showed up and asked me if she could check out the damaged ceiling. She (also) asked if insurance will be utilized. Again, I told her this is likely an out pocket. Several minutes after she left, i noticed the two technicians waiting outside by their vehicle smoking. They said they are just waiting for a call from the office. Approx 5 minutes later, they left.

After more than a week, no phone call or follow up. Called the plumbing company that made the referral and told me he has no clue what H2O's assessment of the leak was. Eventually, he said that H2O told him I refused for the ceiling to be opened. FALSE! Therefore, I will look for another company (ethical hopefully) to re-assess honestly.

Amazing customer service. Came home to signs of water damage on the wall on a Friday night, contacted H20 restoration and a technician named Ivan was out the next morning. Very friendly, efficient and informative. I would recommend them to anyone!

I highly recommend H2O restoration. We had a leak in our master bathroom that caused substantial water damage that came down the ceiling into our kitchen and under the wall into our master bedroom. David, Karin and the crew have all been extremely friendly, flexible and a pleasure to do business with. They showed us a variety of options in replacing everything that was damaged and made the process a whole lot less stressful than it could have been. They have been very transparent throughout the whole process and have thoroughly answered all of our questions and quickly addressed our concerns. The whole crew are hard workers and have done nothing but quality work and they have worked with us to stay in our budget. We were fortunate to be referred by our neighbor and friend to David with H20 restoration and we are glad we did business with them.

We had a slab leak in our house which affected our kitchen and the adjacent dining room. We went to Yelp to select the restoration company ourselves. We chose H2O Restoration to complete the restoration project based on the reviews. We're glad we did. David, Karin and their crew are very pleasant to deal with. They made a very trying and difficult situation more bearable, and even to a point that got us excited to look forward to having a better and more beautiful ""dream kitchen"" and dining room with new French doors. They are flexible and open to suggestions during the restoration process. As we encountered issues resulting in added costs, they decided to absorb some of the added billed construction costs, which made it easy on our finances. What a relief! Even without us asking! Our pocket book was getting thinner already due to our out of pocket expenses!

Last month, we had a hot water tank go which caused water damage. David was quick to respond. Ruben was our technician and he was great! He always explained things in detail and kept me aware of all things. We also used H2O to do the repair of the walls that we're damaged due to how well they handled the original assessment. The whole process went so easy due to H2O's work, communication with the insurance claim adjustor, the plumber and my family! They worked with our schedules which was a huge help!

This review is based only on the free consultation provided by H2O Restoration. They were recommended by a plumbing service after we had a leak in our kitchen. I can't recall the name of the employee that was sent out, and although he was polite, I felt uncomfortable with him. After we discussed what was going on, he then asked if it was okay if the rest of his crew came in to take a look, at which point 2 other guys came in. They too, were polite, still I felt a little uncomfortable. Perhaps what concerned me most was the fact that they assured me that our granite island countertop was definitely going to crack in the process of them setting up to dry out the island, especially since another restoration company that we had come out told us that they did this kind of thing all the time and that they rarely had a situation where the granite cracked. They also said there was a chance that the kitchen floor tile may crack in the process, and if that were to happen, they would have to replace all of the flooring. Seemed like too many worst case scenarios. We decided to go with another company, and I found it interesting that we never had one single follow-up call from H2O Restoration after the initial consult. Glad we didn't use them.
