I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!
They don't give you a breakdown of what you're being charged for they come in and rip out all your drywall tear your room apart slap you a $3500 bill demanding money before you even get yours and they want more than what half of what you're going to get To get it fixed and put back together. save yourself the headache and do it yourself. They constantly are harassing you threatening to put a Lien on your property before you even get your money. No matter how many times you tell them. He will have multiple people call with very unprofessional threats/ very rude attitudes. They hide a lot of things they are a definite insurance fraud company. He only responds to the negative reviews and gets offensive and throws (lawyers) in to get ppl to delete there true experience with them (FREEDOM OF SPEECH)!! If you use any restoration company, DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! It's a headache and a half

Update... you also as a company should be ashamed of yourself. I hope nobody has to go through what I did but that's fine.I'm no longer answering to none of this you can answer to the state of California I have contacted all legal sources on this matter goodbye.

This was re: work done in August 2018. We have a rental property in Winchester and our tenant called to say the water heater was leaking. I called a water heater guy to fix it and based on the wet walls around the unit he said we needed someone to dry it out and repair the wallboard so we didn't get mold. Water heater guy said he works with H2O a lot and said he'd have them come out. I was skeptical that this was a buddy of his he was giving work to, but we aren't local and this was timely so we agreed to have him pass along our info to H2O. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! H2O went to the house within an hour and called me to give us a plan and get our insurance information. They made dealing with an insurance claim and a long distance repair a very easy process. Our tenant was thrilled with the job they did. You'd never know there was a leak. They also did a seamless patch of the drywall inside the house and painted it so it doesn't look like anything ever happened. They were professional, communicated well with us and the tenant, and completed the job quickly. Would definitely use them again!

We had a roof leak which resulted in water damage to our garage ceiling. H2O Restoration was out within an hour of my initial call. Both the water mitigation team and the repair team did excellent work, were on time, and worked quickly. Dave kept me informed throughout the process and was always pleasant when I had multiple questions. Karin came out today for the final inspection and was also a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of home restoration.

Our excellent plumber, referred us to H2O Restoration. We were contacted quickly and an appointment was set. From the start of our job to the ending all of the staff affiliated with H2O Restoration have been very courteous, clean, and professional. I would like to give a special shout out to David Rodriguez for his undying attention to detail and his diligence for working with our insurance company. Project Coordinator Karin was wonderful guiding us through the process and assisting us with selecting the materials we would need. She kept up communications with the crew leaders and us to coordinate when workers would be showing up to do the work. Thanks to Ivan, Rito, Danny, and others that took us from a damaged and dated Kitchen and bathroom to a updated, and beautiful space. We highly recommend H2O Restoration for your renovation needs

H2O was referred by the plumber I contacted for a leak in our kitchen ceiling before doing any work. H2O sent two technicians who are very polite. After assessing the leak damage, they mentioned the need to open up the ceiling to see exactly where the leak is and mold assessment, if any. I agreed and explicitly gave them permission. The next question they asked was if insurance will be used to pay for the service. I opted that I pay out of pocket as the leak appears minimal. Several minutes later their supervisor (very polite lady) showed up and asked me if she could check out the damaged ceiling. She (also) asked if insurance will be utilized. Again, I told her this is likely an out pocket. Several minutes after she left, i noticed the two technicians waiting outside by their vehicle smoking. They said they are just waiting for a call from the office. Approx 5 minutes later, they left.

After more than a week, no phone call or follow up. Called the plumbing company that made the referral and told me he has no clue what H2O's assessment of the leak was. Eventually, he said that H2O told him I refused for the ceiling to be opened. FALSE! Therefore, I will look for another company (ethical hopefully) to re-assess honestly.

Amazing customer service. Came home to signs of water damage on the wall on a Friday night, contacted H20 restoration and a technician named Ivan was out the next morning. Very friendly, efficient and informative. I would recommend them to anyone!

I highly recommend H2O restoration. We had a leak in our master bathroom that caused substantial water damage that came down the ceiling into our kitchen and under the wall into our master bedroom. David, Karin and the crew have all been extremely friendly, flexible and a pleasure to do business with. They showed us a variety of options in replacing everything that was damaged and made the process a whole lot less stressful than it could have been. They have been very transparent throughout the whole process and have thoroughly answered all of our questions and quickly addressed our concerns. The whole crew are hard workers and have done nothing but quality work and they have worked with us to stay in our budget. We were fortunate to be referred by our neighbor and friend to David with H20 restoration and we are glad we did business with them.

We had a slab leak in our house which affected our kitchen and the adjacent dining room. We went to Yelp to select the restoration company ourselves. We chose H2O Restoration to complete the restoration project based on the reviews. We're glad we did. David, Karin and their crew are very pleasant to deal with. They made a very trying and difficult situation more bearable, and even to a point that got us excited to look forward to having a better and more beautiful ""dream kitchen"" and dining room with new French doors. They are flexible and open to suggestions during the restoration process. As we encountered issues resulting in added costs, they decided to absorb some of the added billed construction costs, which made it easy on our finances. What a relief! Even without us asking! Our pocket book was getting thinner already due to our out of pocket expenses!

Last month, we had a hot water tank go which caused water damage. David was quick to respond. Ruben was our technician and he was great! He always explained things in detail and kept me aware of all things. We also used H2O to do the repair of the walls that we're damaged due to how well they handled the original assessment. The whole process went so easy due to H2O's work, communication with the insurance claim adjustor, the plumber and my family! They worked with our schedules which was a huge help!

Thanks David, Ruben and team for everything that you did, and how easy you made dealing with a home repair go for us! We appreciate it greatly!

I recently had a hot water slab leak in my kitchen that ended up damaging a large area. Our amazing plumber hooked us up with these guys and they were amazing. They come in and make a scary situation better. They are so skilled, so talented. I was super impressed with their professionalism and quality of workmanship. I would recommend them to everyone!
