Just wow. This was our second time using HTEP to fix our aging AC units. Just like the first time we called, HTEP was easy to communicate with, they were prompt and on time, their pricing was fair, and were perfectly professional. What put this trip over the top was the dogged troubleshooting by Dmitry when all of the obvious issues were addressed but the problem still existed. He didn't give up and eventually found a non-intuitive solution.

The greatest compliment I can offer is that they treated my time like it was their own, they treated my home like it was their own, and they treated my problem like it was their own.

As someone else wrote, HTEP is going in my permanent file. Their fantastic Yelp ranking is not a mistake -- these guys are the real deal.

Alex is a real genius. Never has anyone had to do more problem solving than what he did to fix my over 60 year old bath tub faucets from leaking. I was prepared to buy new ones but did not really want to but he was incredibly able to fix them. This was not an easy repair but he persevered and they are still working today!

H-Town Emergency promptly came out and fixed our master bathroom sinks. Easily was able to clean it out and unclog our sinks which had been a huge issue. If you have issues and need someone to fix it quickly and precisely... go to these guys!

39 Five star reviews seemed a bit suspicious to me, but now I am #40! I had returned from a month away to a broken water main. Alex showed up in 45 minutes and started digging a 2 foot deep by 2 feet long hole through HARD clay. Alex said he needed to go home to have lunch with his wife but would be back. That was sweet, but he never left. He stayed and fixed the break in 3 hours, made sure the lines were clear of debris and everything was working. He left the site imperceptibly different from pre digging. He is a Skinny guy but solid muscle and since he had not had lunch I gave him a sandwich, which he graciously accepted.

I wondered how a business could have a perfect 5 star record, but H-Town came through when we needed them!!

Fast, showed up on time, courteous, and did a great job with our repair.

They gave us a quote over the phone which was shockingly reasonable. Then the technician when he looked at our sink and drain line said there would be an additional charge for some parts that needed to be replaced. I was like...oh boy here comes the racket...the parts charge was literally $9!!

Fair pricing and great service...cannot recommend them highly enough!

Our kitchen faucet was broken and needed replacement. I have been trying to schedule with another plumber company but their time slots are not flexible at all. I find H town emergency plumber on yelp and reached out to them Friday night. I got a response very quick and a technician came out Saturday morning. They were very transparent about the price and let me know the possible situation before head. The technician showed up on time, did quality work and were very polite. I would definitely recommend H Town Emergency Plumber to my family and friends.

We had a severe clog in our kitchen sink drain that went deep into the house. It was a few pounds meat that was accidentally placed into the garbage disposal. After I used an auger twice and industrial strenghth chemical (not going to mention brand), we still had a major clog. Nothing would go down AT ALL. Alex from H-Town Emergency Plumber contacted me and put me on the schedule for the next day. He sent out Dan, one of his employees. Dan went to work quickly and efficiently. I am one to watch and learn, and he did not have a problem with that. He told me step by step what he was doing, the problems that existed, how things could be improved later down the road, and what to check for in the future. I am extremely pleased with the work, how clean he left everything, and the price. The price was the price. I hate it when services say one thing and then add to their price later. Not this company! 5 stars!
