i had to fix the pipes in my toilet because they were leaking. it took them about an hour just to come 2 miles then the unbelievable thing happened, this man said that he just got hired he just kept talking and talking. then finally when he started he "accidently" hit my pipe with a hammer and water went everywhere. the then fixed it and left all the water on the floor for me to clean up, then he charged me 290 dollars for that horrible job and he had the audacity to ask for a tip, i just flipped out and kicked him out the house [still payed by the way]

H-Town Plumber was responsive and came out pretty quickly after my request to check the water heater since hot water wasn't working at a rental property, that's the extent of the positive feedback.

The tech called me announcing their arrival and called back 8 minutes later saying they're done. For that time, I was charged $240 for a system flush and "Electronic Adjustment" though my tenant said he only saw the plumber mess with the tankless heaters settings and did a reset before hot water flowed again. No typical flushing of a tankless system to his knowledge. Can't help but feel the charge was excessive for the work done as no one mentioned the trip charge amount, maybe I didn't ask the right questions.

A toilet leak suddenly happened, dirty water flow to the floor constantly. We mopped and mopped, but no way to solve the problem until we call H-Town Plumber. Exceptional quick respond, helpful tips and friendly attitude are very impressive as same as H-Town AC. The technician diagnosed it as drainage stoppage, and costs $300 to fix. Problem solved.

I can't thank H-Town Plumber enough for their prompt and professional service! After accidentally flushing a Clorox ToiletWand Disinfecting Disposable Head down the toilet, I noticed the flush was slower than usual. I assumed the cleaning head would eventually pass through, but after a week--and many uses--the toilet backed up and was on the verge of overflowing.

We called H-Town Plumber, and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment. The technician arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation. Using a power tool to break through the clog, they had the toilet flushing perfectly again in just 10 minutes.

While the $220 charge felt steep for a quick fix, I was relieved to pay it rather than deal with a backed-up mess in my home. Their professionalism and fast service were worth every penny. I highly recommend H-Town Plumber for any plumbing issues--you won't be disappointed!

All I can say is: THANK YOU!!! Alex and Den are super! They worked together to plan a visit and came out the same day... and FIXED my leaking upstairs bathtub. Den must have run up and down the stairs fifty times! (The tub was upstairs but the piping was in the kitchen ceiling.) He was very professional and respectful and the price was very competitive. I recommend them for all plumbing issues!
