After the good experience described below, I called again to request someone to come out to look at our shower head, which would drip after we turned it off unless we positioned the handle in exactly the right spot. The owner asked me if the shower head kept dripping all day/all night. I said no. He said I didn't need a plumber; I just needed to clean the calcium off the shower head. He explained that water was trapped in the shower head, and that is why it dripped/leaked for 10 minutes after we turned the shower off.

That was 2 weeks ago, and he was absolutely right! Soaked the shower head in vinegar and problem resolved!

He could have easily charged me a trip charge to give me this advice. So impressed with the honesty/old fashioned here-to-help-you approach. I will definitely call them the next time I have a problem.

Came at the appointed time and gave me a fair and honest quote. The the had on a mask and booties to keep my floor clean....the work only took a couple of hours and he even check my water heater while he was here...

Den did a good job fixing a complex leaking issue. He was professional, concentrated and dedicated to the job. Work filed was kept tidy, he also cleaned up after. He worked almost 5 hours non stop with only a trip to get supply in between. Thumb up for Den!

The plumbing technician, Den, was prompt on arrival and was able to quickly assess the bathroom leak and determine action needed to repair.
He was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Explained what was causing the leak and what each parts of the repair entailed.

What can I say that hasn't been said about H-Town Emergency Plumber but that he's honest and straight forward and shoots from the hip. I thought I had a big issue and he came out and calmed my fears and it was only a flushed baby wipe that was the problem. Scoped my lines to ease my mind and walked me through everything he was seeing and a big sigh of relief for me that all my lines were good. Found me a plumber for life! Thanks Alex for being so honest!

H-Town responded on a Sunday and said they could schedule something the next day. The next day, I called and talked to the owner. He took some information, gave me a quote, and sent someone within the hour. The tech wore mask, gloves, booties in the house. He told me exactly what the problem was and changed the garbage disposal quite quickly and efficiently. He lay down a drop cloth, so there was no mess. I was impressed. The only downside was that they charge extra for using a credit card (I think he said 4.5%). I paid with a check. I'd definitely call H-Town again.
