Manuel was great! We had a plumbing disaster and he came early the next morning, located the trouble and cleared it. He was friendly, thorough, and very reasonable.

I called H&R this morning about overflow from our wash machine. I spoke with Rafael, he told me he'd be sending Meno out within the hour. He was here fast! We explained the problem. Meno snaked our line which resulted in a blockage. He cleared it! All was good. Nice workers. We've been customers with H&R for more than 5 yrs. They respond to calls quickly, arrive in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Meno for a very professional experience.

When using our washer, it had overflowed, thus causing both our toilet and bathtub to overflow as well. I spoke to Rafael prior to him and Andres coming out and he said the main line was backed up. Low and behold, he was correct. Both Rafael and Andres are a great team. Both were very friendly and took the time to explain and involve me in the process. I highly recommend these two gentlemen. They got the job done within 20 mins. I will definitely use them again in the near future.

Rafael returned my call within 10 minutes and he assessed the situation and sent his technician Manuel. Manuel was very helpful and took time to explain the different options - the project was completed within an hour. Everything was taken care of and I was very pleased with their suggestions on saving some $$. I will definitely call them again!

I give these guys 1 star for responding on a Saturday, I actually found them here on YELP 2 years ago. Since I only like to give good reviews I didn't yelp them after my original Service call. I wonder if a lot of these reviews are friends and family? I needed a water heater replaced, long story short - the price Ceasar originally quoted was like double the average cost. I was able to talk him down, when he left he didn't take the old water heater and was pretty rude about the payment. I had to call the company back today because there was no hot water, I dreaded making the call based on how I was treated previously. Yep, same rude service, not taking any ownership, he did respond today and a technician did show up but unfortunately they quoted $500 and told me I would need to get the parts from the warranty company myself. I called another plumber out and he discovered the problem was a tripped gas valve and not the pilot assembly as quoted. I notified H & R of the new findings, The business owner replied, "" well you called about the water heater how would the technician know about the emergency shut off valve."" BEWARE of the diagnosis, you may be happy with the service but did you really need it? Checking your device to see if it is receiving gas should be the first step. He wanted me to check it I guess, but that's why I called a licensed professional (so I thought)? I can't help but wonder if I ok'd the quote, would they have charged $500? Would the technician have realized it was the gas shut off valve that had tripped?.
I will never know but Im grateful to the second plumber that fixed the problem in 10 minutes and didn't even charge me.

I called H&R Plumbing to repair my water heater since I didn't have any hot water. Cesar came to my home within 30 minutes and replaced the thermocouple (flame sensor). Fastest service EVER. Highly recommend their services, especially when you want something done quickly.

Meno to the rescue! I'm very overdue with this review, but better late than never. On a Sunday morning, two days before Christmas 2018, the toilet gave up the ghost. This was a major crisis, especially since we were expecting about 25 guests the next day! Nobody would even return our calls, let alone come to check out the problem -- except H & R. Meno came over, diagnosed the problem, ran out and bought a new toilet, and installed the thing, all within a few hours. He was fast, efficient, and he saved us from a real disaster. Hopefully, we won't have any plumbing problems for a good long time, but if we do, we'll call H & R for sure.

Had a leaky toilet on a Saturday, H&R arrived within an hour to fix it quickly. Professional service and very friendly. Highly recommended!

My parent's house had a clogged sink that required some machine pumping. I called Rafael on a Saturday morning and he was over in an hour, just like he had said he would be. My parents had nothing but wonderful things to say about him. Would definitely use again for future needs!

I was surprised to see the great reviews because unfortunately my experience was quite different. I had a plumbing issue and Manuel came out and accessed the problem and gave me a quote. He seemed quite knowledgeable and I was quite happy for him to proceed with the job. I asked him to write down a formal quote, but he said he didn't do that, a handshake was all that was needed. He gave me his card to call him back to begin the job.
I later called to make an appointment to get the job done. To my surprise Rafael showed up, the owner of the company. He had no information about the job details and the price agreed upon. What followed was and exchange that was very upsetting. Rafael was very impatient and abrupt with me as I tried to explain what Manuel and I had agreed to. He was quoting a hire price and different repair strategy than what I had agreed to with Manuel. I wanted Manuel to proceed with our original repair job but Rafael told me that now I was dealing with him and couldn't talk to Manuel. When I expressed my confusion about the change of events and price Rafael said in raised voice ""maybe you should just get another plumber"".
This is not an example of good customer service. When you have a plumbing issue it is already a stressful situation and his attitude made it worst.
Obviously I am getting another plumber to do the job.
