Like most of the other reviews, they were sent by my warranty company. They reached out to me soon after my request was generated by the warranty company. Made an appointment within two days. Scheduled an 8:00-11:00 am window and they got there at 8:10 a.m. I had two things being repaired. They replaced they flush mechanism due to the chain going down in the flush kit and also unclogged the tub. Took the tech a total of 20 minutes to get it all done and he was out. Maybe my issues were small and less complicated than those on the other reviews. But my experience was good considering the many companies my warranty company has sent out in the past. I was very pleased with the tech and the work.

Sent by my home warranty company. In and out in 2 min then sat in his car for 30 minutes. Said he couldn't fix it after talking to his manager. $65 cost and in the same situation as before he got there.

Like the other reviewers here I was sent to H&R by my home warrant company. And some of these reviews had me feeling nervous about our prospects. But I'm happy to report that my experience with H&R was flawless.

I called them on Friday 1/13 to have two leaky faucets repaired. They gave me an appointment on Monday 1/16. Can't beat that. My window was 8-11am and Eli showed up just after 8. Perfect.

First, I had questions about my sink disposal and toilets which he handled expertly. Then he addressed my main problem, the faucets. He quickly identified the problem and explained that it may be hard to replace the part in question, meaning I may need entirely new faucets. He was incredibly friendly and patient.

He then left in search of the part and returned a couple hours later. Indeed a whole new setup was needed. Eli brought a setup that would be covered by my policy. It looked good to me so he installed it, he called the insurance company for me to report that the problem was resolved and that was that.

The whole experience couldn't have been smoother.

H & R Plumbing was assigned to fix a sink leak and a spinning shower faucet by my home warranty co. After taking it apart the tech told me the plumbing within the wall hadn't been installed correctly and the faucet couldn't be fixed without opening the wall. His company would do the repair but he'd need an ok from the warranty company and I would have to hire someone else to repair the wall. The warranty co. told me they would ok the work for which H&R Plumbing was charging $300 or they would issue me a check for $250. I decided to take the check and have someone else do the repair. Then we discovered the tech reinstalled the faucet in a way that prevented turning on the cold water so the warranty co. assigned a return appointment. The H&R scheduler thought they were coming to open the wall etc. but I explained they were only coming to fix what they broke and I was taking a check from Fidelity. When the tech showed up he had miraculously found a faucet kit to replace the faucet that ""could only be fixed by opening up my wall"". It seems like they suddenly discovered how to fix it for a lesser amount only because they were going to lose the business completely. I'm giving them two stars instead of one because they did fix the sink leak.

H & R Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Inc came out to fix a high-end Delta touch faucet. Tech Juan quickly identified that I needed a new controller part which had to be ordered. I was concerned because the faucet is several years old but Juan knew that this faucet has a lifetime warranty. Juan ordered the new part for me and had it shipped directly to my house. Upon receipt of the part, Juan came right out and installed it and everything is working fine. Thanks Juan and H&R!!!!

Terrible Customer Service!!

They were sent to me by my home warranty company. First thing that happened was I could not get an appointment. The lady said ""We do not have any"" Really? Ever? When they did show up with no phone call, I was not there ( previously told her I had to take my daughter to camp at 9:00 ) however I had people at the house doing work and told the lady on the phone that the plumber could go in and I would be there in 8 minutes. I arrived as I said I would just as the plumber pulled off, witnessed by my landscaper. I called the lady and she said she would call him and call me right back. No, I tried to call her. It went to voice mail. Then I got cut off. When she finally called me she said she could not reach him. That he must be at his next job. Really? He couldn't have been more then 5 miles down the road!!

I guess they can get one star for attempting to fix our plumbing problem. They arrived on time for the most part but seemed to tinker around with the bathroom plumbing like a 5 yr old tinkers with his Legos. Thankfully I'm in the process of a full bathroom remodel and thw current workers have fixed the problem. They have a contract with the home warranty programs which I have discovered, are a rip off as well.

Needed my GE water heater fixed as the pilot light would not re-light. H&R came out same day as the call found the problem right away helped me with my warranty call to GE for a part replacement that would be FEDX the next day. They had the correct part with them and did not charge me for a part which is an $80.00 item. When the part arrives I will drop it off at their office. Service above and beyond.

Came on time, had to replace faucet and both h/c handles.
Had to order a new setup and come back but right on time again and all fixed.

Always nervous about home warranty contractors but was pleased with this one.
