this was my go to plumber for 30 years , i called yesterday @6pm for a clogged sink and they wanted to charge me $326.00 because it was overtime .. i asked for a normal hours quote and was told $226.00 , are their plumber made out of gold or what the heck... i called the good smelling plumber ""mike diamond plumbing"" they came today and charged me $99.00/ super good service not rip off plumbers like you people.

Go in with eyes and wallet open!

Do not do anything with them without first getting a firm quote, otherwise you will be taken advantage of. First, they charge driving time to and from your site. I used them to change out a sink drain pipe at a busy retail location. I got distracted with tasks and did not keep track of the plumber's progress. I was shocked to see him still kneeling in the bathroom next to the drain 3 hours later. Total charge with parts and drive time: $470.00. He said that the second adjoining bathroom pipe should also be replaced because of the age of the pipes, but he couldn't finish the job without charging overtime fee (after 4:00), so I (stupidly) had him back. I honestly thought I would get a break on pricing. I told him to do as fast and simple a job as he can, and had to go for a meeting. Again, shocked that he was there after 2-1/2 hours. He handed me a bill for $405.00. After I freaked, he lowered it to $350.00, knocking off drive time. This was only after showing him a third receipt from a different plumber from MOE's that replaced a toilet within the same month for $534.00 If the owners are not aware that their plumbers are taking 2-1/2 to 3 hours to replace a simple, exposed drain, they are asleep at the wheel, and their reputation is being hurt. From other reviews, pricing seems to be a big issue here. All I can say is, do your due diligence. Personally, I will never use them again.

First time homeowners. We had an emergency flood situation in our irrigation system -- basically an unwanted fountain in our backyard. We called Moe Plumbing, not knowing what to do. An employee, Russell, called us back and calmly walked us through how to find the shut off valve and resolve the issue. He refused to charge us, because it was such an easy fix. But he's our hero. Without him, we might be floating down the street right now. Anyway, long story short, Moe Plumbing has two new loyal customers.

I was referred to Moe Plumbing by the former owner of my house. While Moe was expensive, I certainly wasn't expecting a one hour over charge (about $200). I called and asked them to investigate and they did nothing. I would strongly advise against using this company ever.

I had a scheduled a repair for a ""water in a gas line"" problem, as determined by the SoCalGas Company. The gas company left detailed repair notes of location and of the problem to be repaired. After 4 different scheduled attempts to repair problem with not having fixed the issue, I received a $2500.00 bill, W/O the repair having been done. I then called a different plumbing company, gave them the same repair notes from the SoCalGas Co, and within 45 minutes had the issue repaired and with only a $400 bill! After contacting MOE Plumbing on 3 different occasions to discuss my unhappiness, I never received a call back. MOE PLUMBING is completely unprofessional, has horrendous customer service and is incapable/uncaring of costumer satisfaction. The SoCalGas Co had also told me of MOE PLUMBING's poor reputation (unfortunately after the fact). Overpriced bad service is MOE PLUMBING's specialty!!!

So it is now Wednesday, February 7th and I have not heard back from Randy. I asked customer service if there is anyone above him that I can speak to and they just said not really??? IDK what kind of business these ppl are running but it is a horrible company in my eyes. We were paying customers, Your technicians broke our water filter and refuse to refund us. This is not okay.

The service was professional from beginning to end. From the referral from SoCalPlumbing911, through making the appointment, to the arrival (which was checked with me to see if it was okay to be earlier than scheduled -- it was!) to the service provided by Willy, and the price at the end. Willy diagnosed our mysterious noise in the pipes problem literally within minutes, and neatly and professionally fixed it and a few other issues with our toilet, within a couple of hours. I will definitely use Moe Plumbing again if the need arises!

Called these guys because our son recommended them. They called before they came, as they said they would. I feared a broken pipe, but it was just the toilet kits for two toilets that were necessary so I was happy to find out there was just a coincidence of two things going out at once that was causing what appeared to be a much larger problem. Bert Guzman was great. His work was thorough, he diagnosed the problem quickly, he had the necessary toilet kits on his truck, and he left everything clean. I now can highly recommend Moe Plumbing Services.
