had them come out for an estimate 129 fee and they spent 5 minutes - took a week to get an estimate, while we received 2 emails for the 129 fee invoice. subsequently had another company, with no fee come out and give an estimate of 1/4 of MOE, Reached out to Carlin but he stated the service guy was here for 40 minutes, which is not the case. Just a CYA if you ask me. I have no experience with these guys but based on other factors I would NOT recommend.

I needed plumbing services and was not happy with the previous companies I had worked with. On a whim I called HL Moe in Glendale and am glad I did. Their pricing was fair. The scheduling was fast, they scheduled me for the next morning. The service technician, Skip, was fantastic. He arrived ahead of the scheduled time. His work was done quickly and correctly. (That hasn't always happened in the past.) He answered all my questions. I am very pleased with HL Moe and recommend them highly.

I just had Moe Plumbing install a hot water heater on demand, and their Rep. Jeff Hachey quoted me a $1000 rebate for the model he was recommending. Now I KNOW I Paid too much for the service, because there is NO REBATE for the model they installed. Shame on him for relying on his rep to tell him there was a rebate. There is NONE! The rep was simply selling him something..... and Jeff called me ""OFFENSIVE"" when I called him on it.

While the installer was the best I have ever encountered, never trust a Rep. again.

My water heater exploded and caused a flood in my basement. I called Moe plumbing and the technician told me to turn off the 2 shutoff valves. That stopped the water flow and he said they would call me the next day, Monday. Well they arrived at 9, ordered the right new water heater and completed installation by 12 noon. These people are as professional as anyone and that is why all my plumbing needs are done by Moe Plumbing! They are A+ and very neat!

Highly recommend MOE Plumbing and repeat customer. From the HVAC, the hoses needing replaced, to cleaning out drains, draining the water heater, always professional, helpful, communicate clearly. I will continue to use them and recommend them, Thank you!!

Call Moe and try to tell them I needed to change a stem in the bathtub faucet. The lady said she don't need the information. Will send a tech to find out the problem themselves. the tech came out Tuesday and didn't bring any tools except for an iPad in the house. I told him the problem, and he took pictures and CHARGE me $129.00 and said will get back to me. Today is Friday, no calls no email.......and I am still out $129.00 for him to come and take pictures of my faucet...my faucet is still leaking, have to call a real plumber....What kind of company is this? No name-calling, just stating the facts.

Moe Plumbing did a good job on fixing my toilet, but shame on them for lacking in admin skills. I gave them my credit card in June. Months later they called claiming I didn't pay, even though I submitted payment on the day of service. Checked my bank & Moe did not process payment. Not my fault. So, they sent me a bill which I agreed to pay...and they slapped me with a ""Late Payment"" & penalty fee! Nope....I will gladly pay them for services, but perhaps their office clerk needs the tables to be turned on him/her.

Completely incompetent. Told me a particular day, then, they never showed and told me it was supposed to be for the next day. THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.

I have used Moe Plumbing for several years. I have always been pleased with their service. Most recently, I needed to have a Porcher toilet repaired. The challenge was identifying the problem and finding the parts. It may have been easier to just replace the toilet, but Tom (the plumber) was up to the task. Not only did he identify the problem, he also took the time to explain it to me. The day of the toilet repair, the faucet it my bathroom failed. I asked Tom if he would replace the faucet with a new set I had already purchased. Although he was pressed for time, he did a great job. In the past, other plumbers shied away out of concern they might break the tile. Although it was a lot of work, Tom made it look effortless. Tom is the best- skilled, professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Best of all, he takes the time to make sure I understand. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!
