I don't think I've ever had a service state a time window and actually show up at the start of that window. Theses guys did. They were masked, they were thorough and they were very professional. They took care of snaking my drains and repairing a broken out door faucet and their price was reasonable to me. I would totally have them out again and recommend them without hesitation.

The work is good, and they were here when promised. They were a bit expensive and the written estimate and the bill both arrived at the same time without any kind of a break down. I paid more that 1200 to move a drain and the pipes for a sink ten inches to the right. (Edit follows) so your reply seems to make it sound like you willingly overcharged me because I was stuck, but then here you said that I could have asked for a discount? That can't be right.

Our kitchen faucet sprayer came off and we had water everywhere! I was able to shut it off and called multiple plumbers the next morning. Most had no availability for over a week and one still hasn't called me back nearly 48 hours later. So initially we decided to try to change out the faucet ourselves. After hours of trying to get the faucet nuts off without success I got on Yelp and started searching. I called at least 3 plumbers on the top of the list before reaching out to HIP. None of the others answered and none have called me back 24 hours later. Hyram answered the phone immediately, and asked me to text him some photos of the sink since we weren't sure which faucet to buy. He suggested one and we went and got it today. He was able to come today (the next day after I called) and got our new faucet installed. Excellent service and very professional. We need more small businesses like H.I.P. Home Service & Drain. Will definitely call them again when we need a plumber!

Very responsive team! Arrived as scheduled and provided really great service. The person who came was very nice and thorough. He found the leak and was kind about making suggestions (at no cost) for long-term maintenance to prevent further problems. I will use them again if ever needed!

I had a clogged toilet happen at 7 PM called Hiram at 9 PM he quickly picked up the phone and schedule for a 10 AM visit the next day. The guys were on time, very professional, and honest. They solved the problem with no issue at a fair price. I'll definitely have this company work on future plumbing projects and I highly recommend them to anyone with an emergency problem.

Two gentleman appeared to do all the right things. Polite, on-time, explained options for installing toilets. Well, after installing toilets, we had major problems with backup into the showers, (gross!). They never answered our calls. They were supposed to provide us with a free inspection in addition. They never did so. They charge a lot of money to power clean the lines, but another plumber explained that they broke up the calcium, but never flushed it out to the sewer line. So big pieces of calcium and rust severely clogged the line. Hey, if you make a mistake, admit it and come back and fix it. Tons of money down the tubes (no pun intended),
