What a great company! I had a leaky toilet and a leaky shower. Steve from HIP came out the day after I posted a request for service on Yelp. He showed up on time and did the work efficiently in a couple hours. He explained my options and the reasons for the toilet and shower leaks. I could not be more pleased with H.I.P.'s and Steve's service!

Our kitchen faucet sprayer came off and we had water everywhere! I was able to shut it off and called multiple plumbers the next morning. Most had no availability for over a week and one still hasn't called me back nearly 48 hours later. So initially we decided to try to change out the faucet ourselves. After hours of trying to get the faucet nuts off without success I got on Yelp and started searching. I called at least 3 plumbers on the top of the list before reaching out to HIP. None of the others answered and none have called me back 24 hours later. Hyram answered the phone immediately, and asked me to text him some photos of the sink since we weren't sure which faucet to buy. He suggested one and we went and got it today. He was able to come today (the next day after I called) and got our new faucet installed. Excellent service and very professional. We need more small businesses like H.I.P. Home Service & Drain. Will definitely call them again when we need a plumber!

I had multiple issues at my home from too much pressure in my system to a toilet that needed replaced. HIP was quick to respond. kept to the schedule they outlined and did great work. To boot the rep that did the work was just very professional and pleasant to talk with. I would definitely recommend them.

Two gentleman appeared to do all the right things. Polite, on-time, explained options for installing toilets. Well, after installing toilets, we had major problems with backup into the showers, (gross!). They never answered our calls. They were supposed to provide us with a free inspection in addition. They never did so. They charge a lot of money to power clean the lines, but another plumber explained that they broke up the calcium, but never flushed it out to the sewer line. So big pieces of calcium and rust severely clogged the line. Hey, if you make a mistake, admit it and come back and fix it. Tons of money down the tubes (no pun intended),

Had an issue with a leaking toilet, found this company on Yelp over the weekend and requested an estimate. They were quick with replies and we were able to schedule a time Monday morning for them to come and complete the repair! Hyram arrived and it took him less than one hour to complete. He was kind and friendly and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Very responsive! He answered all my questions and was very thorough - he actually found the leak that the plumber we had first hired from another company missed. He was patient searching and explained to me where the leak was, information about how the plumbing worked, and was very hard working.
