I don't think I've ever had a service state a time window and actually show up at the start of that window. Theses guys did. They were masked, they were thorough and they were very professional. They took care of snaking my drains and repairing a broken out door faucet and their price was reasonable to me. I would totally have them out again and recommend them without hesitation.

My hot water heater went out earlier this week and I was shopping around for a plumber. I requested quotes through Yelp and HIPHS&D was the only one to reply. I even called the big name companies (you know who they are) and they all wanted to come out to give me an estimate. I knew what was wrong with my old hot water heater and knew what I wanted in regards to a replacement. All the others wanted to make other recommendations versus listening to me the customer. I went to Home Depot to purchase the heater I wanted but it wasn't in stock so I had to order it for home delivery. Hyram was accommodating with scheduling my heater arrived late in on the day for install and he graciously fit me in for the next morning. The install was done on time and my hot water was back in service an hour later. And the price was cheaper than the others who came out for their free assessments.

The work is good, and they were here when promised. They were a bit expensive and the written estimate and the bill both arrived at the same time without any kind of a break down. I paid more that 1200 to move a drain and the pipes for a sink ten inches to the right. (Edit follows) so your reply seems to make it sound like you willingly overcharged me because I was stuck, but then here you said that I could have asked for a discount? That can't be right.

Today Hiram told me THERE'S no need to replace the toilet since this is a rental property, he can fix the toilet and toilet emergency valve with supply line. After he is done with the job and get pay. Here is what he texted """" The toilet downstairs been abused it been used more then other toilets in the house. The new tenant will ask you for a new toilet soon or later."""" Why billed me for $ 475.75 to fix that toilet needs to be replace sooner or later. That is very dishonest! Had I know soon or later that toilet needs to be replaced, I would have not fix that toilet in first place! VERY DISHONEST and WRONG for that! May God bless your soul!!!!

Hyram did an amazing job!!! He showed up on time, very pleasant, and got the job done at reasonable price, unlike some if the other quotes I was quoted. He explained everything that needed to be done and what options I had. Even though he was alone, he got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. He also seen something that could have been a potential hazard and made the area safe. I would defiantly recommend him for his services.

What a great company! I had a leaky toilet and a leaky shower. Steve from HIP came out the day after I posted a request for service on Yelp. He showed up on time and did the work efficiently in a couple hours. He explained my options and the reasons for the toilet and shower leaks. I could not be more pleased with H.I.P.'s and Steve's service!
