First, the ladies that take the phone calls are beyond professional and courteous. Their scheduling is immediate, the response is as well. My elderly parents were experiencing a water heater problem, no hot water. The tech was there on time - turns out the pilot light was out, that's it. The heater (though old) was not malfunctioning. I paid the $95 service fee for that. However, the replacement quote for a new water heater - standard 50 gallon - was quoted at $1976. ""New building code requirements, need to drain it, change the pan, labor, blah blah blah."" This guy was going to sell my 85 year old father a top of the line water heater that would outlive him for an amount I had made clear beforehand would be outside his price range. I had to say no. We were asking for a very basic fix and Dad was hit with a sales pitch. We are going to pick up a water heater at Home Depot for a few hundred bucks, my husband will install it. I feel my parents could have been taken advantage of. Disappointing to say the least.

Thx Guardian you had someone to my house within 2 hrs on a monday morning for a mon emergency repair. Need a valve replaced when it was discovered that it was frozen and need to turn off in order to pull the frig all the way out for tile flooring installation. Thx Guardian this is the 2nd time I needed you a you come through. Your in my contact list cause you'll always be the 1st to call. Derek and Jose did everything right.

This is the first time that I leave a review for a company, but I feel that this company has poor business ethics. I contacted them after watching a very informative slab leak utube post from their company. The first person I came in contact with took all the information and referred me to customer service with a promise of a return call within 30 minutes. Two days later I called them and informed them that I had not received a call. I was once again promised a call back within 30 minutes, but unfortunately after three hours we have not received a call. A simple text or call informing us that they were not interested would have been courteous and very professional so we don't sit around waiting for a reply from them, but I guess their policy is too be rude and unprofessional when they are not interested. I am going to move and request assistance from another company. I don't understand how they received such high ratings. They must have their families/friends post a lot of reviews.

If I could give 6 stars I would!!! This is our third time using Guardian and I can honestly say they have never disappointed us! I called at 630 am yesterday to see about someone coming out to look at a growing puddle of water next to our main line that bumped up against the house. SheEr terror as to what it could be! The dispatcher was so pleasant and asked immediately if it was an emergency. I said not right now but I needed someone today. She was so professional, kind and helpful. Scheduled me for 1-3 pm that day. They texted me a confirmation and even let me know when they were about 20 minutes out. Joshua Clarke came and started digging. I started praying!!!!! After he got about a foot deep he informed me that they need to let me know that now was the time that I would start getting charged (they give you a free quote each time before service is started) due to the complex nature and additional digging involved to diagnose the problem. I said go ahead. Well let me tell you, it was 3 pm in blazing heat but he didn't stop. After digging OVER 3 ft deep he found it. I was never so happy to hear the words ""it's not a slab leak""! Our main line had cracked and a slow leak had built up over time. Joshua was diligent, thorough and even mindful of my plants that were in the planter area where he was working! After fixing it he filled everything back up and even hosed my wall and sidewalk off. BETTER THAN NEW! The price was so reasonable I almost cried. He left hot, exhausted and covered in mud from head to toe but so glad he could help us! I truly mean that. HE was glad he could help US. Thank you Guardian Plumbers and Joshua. When other people dread calling a Plumber like calling a dentist; I can honestly say it's nice to know we have an honest, reputable and professional service to rely on!

From my first call to schedule appointment in my home to Josh finding and fixing my shower system problem Guarding was very responsive, professional, timely, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. This Plumbing company is also an honest one and does not over charge or overestimate work that needs to be completed, as represented by Howard and his colleague Jimmy who made the Service call to my house.

Stupid me decided to put a bunch of old food down the garbage disposal. Ahem. Let's just say that I needed a plumber and quick. I first called Canyon Hills. The young man I spoke with was very courteous, but they couldn't get to my house until the next day. They referred me to Guardian, and two very competent and efficient plumbers were out within a few hours. They de-chickened my clogged garbage disposal, charged a very reasonable price, and I plan on calling them in a few weeks for another issue. Great service. I was very impressed.

On December 15, 2018, I called Guardian Plumbers to fix a water leak in my garage that was an issue for over a year. They sent Derek Bicoy. Derek is a very professional individual who is extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the leak for which two prior plumbers failed to locate and correctly fix. I would strongly recommend using this company for all plumbing issues as they are truly experts in their field.
