What a great company. Don't CALL ANYONE ELSE. I called a few companies on the ""top ten"" to get pricing for and outdoor kitchen/island setup. Some gave super low prices which means it'll go up during the job, some gave prices so high that I just asked them to get out. Josh from Guardian came out and gave me a quote. It only took him a few minutes to figure it out. A few days later Howard came out. Super professional, respectful and even help with the guys working on the finishing touches on the island. I'll be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Thanks to the great staff and Management Team, my wife is a Realtor and her client was very happy that we referred Guardian Plumbers to solve their plumbing issues.
Guardians were referred to me by a neighbor who used them for plumbing issues and he was right, these folks know what they are doing and they are very professional.
There was a bit of a miscommunication in the beginning and the Owner/Manager showed up at the location on his day off to resolve the issue. That's what I call service!
Great job and keep up the good work Team Guardian Plumbers.

We had Guardian Plumbing come right out when we noticed water heater leaking....I WISH the plumber John Wallace would of told me that just because you turn the water off to the water heater it still leaks. :( Because of the outrageous price of $2,185 he was going to charge I decided to get a second opinion. When the second opinion came out a few days later the owner immediately said even if you don't use me we need to drain and get this water heater off the pedestal and you will need someone to access all the water damage because of the water that has been slowly leaking out. Needless to say we did just that and they also replaced our water heater after someone came and rebuilt the pedestal and we were charged total from the plumber $1300 for the same exact everything Guardian Plumbing was doing that is $885 difference how can that be!!! We have used Guardian in the past and now wondering how much I have over payed them :( Will never use them again!!!!!!

Guardian was referred to me by a neighbor when we had a major back up in our main drainage line. Of course this happened on the weekend, but Derek came out immediately on a Sunday and addressed the issue, very affordably. They also recommended a remediation/restoration company who came out immediately. Jesse with Guardian arrived Monday and assessed the cause of the back up, fixed one of the leaks in the house, working with the remediation crew, then gave us 3 options to address our main line. Guardian started work promptly the next day. Jesse and his crew spent the entire day on the project, they were meticulous about excavating and explained progress along the way. They took pictures as well. When they were finished, you couldn't event tell that they had been digging. I would not hesitate to recommend Guardian for plumbing needs.

Had and emergency nightmare happen the other night. Clogged main line with every toilet and shower over flowing. came out in less than 30 mins and had the issue fixed right away.

Great guys they had about 10 feet worth of roots pulled out of my drains !! Previous company had told me that I would have to dig through my concrete but they didn't have too! Thanks again ! Saved me a lot of money...

We have had Guardian plumbing come to our house for service calls on two prior occasions before this most recent time. I was satisfied with them on those calls, both with regard to the work they did and the price they charged. But their most recent visit was shocking, in terms of what they charged. The work we wanted done was installing a new faucet and drain assembly that we had already purchased in one bathroom sink, and clearing a clogged drain in another bathroom sink. After we showed the plumber, Anthony R, what we wanted, he said he would go back to his truck to prepare an estimate and come back with the estimate. So he went to his truck. After 15 minutes he came back and gave us a verbal estimate of nearly $400!! This was just for labor since we had already purchased the new faucet/drain ourselves.
I made a quick decision, one that I now regret, and told him to go ahead and do the work. Both projects combined took him a little less than an hour to complete, including reworking the sink drain assembly that we pointed out was difficult to operate after he said he was finished with it. Plus the clogged drain did not require snaking, just flushing out the drain pipe under the sink. And for a little less than an hour he wanted nearly $400! He gave me a senior discount, only because I asked for it, and reduced the bill to $346. That is an absurd price to pay for less than an hour's work. By comparison, 16 months ago a different plumber from Guardian came to our house to install a kitchen sink faucet. That faucet did not include a drain but was a more elaborate faucet than the one Anthony installed in our bathroom. When that other plumber came into our house, we showed him the new faucet we had already bought and the kitchen sink where we wanted it to replace the old faucet. He took a quick look at the faucet and the sink, and told us immediately that the cost would be $85 (without a senior discount which at the time I didn't know I could ask for). He did not go back to his truck to prepare the estimate. And he did not take 15 minutes doing who knows what to come up with that price. The amount of time this plumber took to install the kitchen faucet was a little less than the time Anthony took to do the work he did a few days ago, but not by that much. To give another comparison to Guardian's current outlandish pricing, before Anthony did the work, I asked him how much he would charge to install just the faucet and drain on one sink. He said it would cost $289. That's compared to $85 sixteen months ago for a kitchen faucet installation.
I really wonder about the 15 minutes Anthony took to prepare his estimate. Guardian Plumbing has gone paperless, and Anthony used a computer tablet to prepare his estimate. But why did it take 15 minutes? Did he not know how to use the tablet? Did he communicate with other Guardian employees to determine how much they thought they could charge us? Neither one of those possibilities gave us a warm feeling that Anthony was comfortable making estimates. And when you add in the fact that just 16 months ago a different Guardian plumber gave us an instant estimate of hundreds of dollars less for a similar amount of work, that makes us wonder even more.
Also, since Guardian is now paperless, Anthony left our house without giving us a receipt for the work he did. He said the company would email us a receipt. But three business days later we still had not received a receipt. I called Guardian and asked them why. They checked and said their email to us had bounced because it must have had an incorrect email address on it. But they clearly did have our correct email address, because within minutes of Anthony leaving our house, we received an email from Guardian asking us to evaluate their work. Assuming their first attempt to send us a receipt really did bounce, wouldn't it have been more customer-friendly to call us right away and ask us what our correct email address was, rather than let 3 days go by without doing anything?
I am aware that Guardian has many positive reviews on this site. I find it impossible to believe that they received those reviews charging what they charged us. And I doubt very much that they will receive many more positive reviews if they continue to charge close to four hundred dollars for less than an hour's work. They certainly won't be getting any more work from us.

I recently hired guardian plumbers to relocate a gas pipe for me. They did a great job in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again if I have any future plumbing needs. I would like to add that their communication was awesome and they were extremely professional. Thank you Guardian Plumbers

After going through Home Advisor and speaking with 2 other plumbers, I decided to go with Guardian. The reason? Quite simply it was Joshua Clarke. He was friendly, professional, a veteran and not pushy. Once I decided to go with them, Jessie came back with Joshua to finalize the proposal. He too, was extremely professional and as one of the owners of the company, I liked that he took time to meet with me concerning my project. All of the techs and plumbers that worked on my job were also professional, courteous and conscientious to the fact my home was being torn open for a week. Howard, Marcos, JD, Taylor and the others who's names I cannot recall, were exceptional. The work, took much longer than they had estimated but those things happen. Also, the estimated time to repair the drywall took much longer than they estimated. Luckily, the person who came out to do the drywall was very good. Sending one person to repair the drywall after a whole house repipe was the reason for subtracting one star and for their gross miscalculation of time needed, I'm taking off a second star.
* I waited a few months to post to make sure I felt the same. Since drafting my original comments, I thought it only fair to add the issues with their calculation of time. My job was initiated before Thanksgiving - 3 weeks before. They had finished the repipe but sadly, not the drywall repair. I had holes everywhere! Abraham (who did the drywall repair) worked his butt off but there was no way he could finish before the holiday. I had him focus on the kitchen, dining room and guest bathroom - basically places my guests could see. Meanwhile the rest of my house looked a mess.
Lastly, initially they didn't insulate my hot water pipes in the attic (like I was told). They did come back to finish the insulation.
The job was a whole house repipe on a single story ranch-style home (2200 sq ft), going from galvanized to Pex/copper. I added a Halo water system (so glad I did), moved my water heater from inside the house to outside, added gas lines, and changed out faucets/fixtures.
If you have a plumbing issue or just want to be proactive and upgrade your existing plumbing choosing Guardian Plumbing (knowing that they may not complete the job on time) would be a good choice. After 3 months, I'm glad we had the job done, I just wished that the 'entire' job was completed within 2 weeks as originally estimated or at the least be advised that it would have run into the holiday. With that, I would have waited and begun tearing up my house after Thanksgiving. To be fair, the water was only off for a day, we had access to one bathroom by the end of the first day. The rest of the house (kitchen, second bath) was about 5 days later.

Second time we have used them and again A+ service.
The day before Christmas when my company was to arrive, my kitchen sink backed up. They juggled their schedule and got Josh out to help before they came.
I can't thank them enough!!!
