Our water heater went (leaking, what a mess), called Guardian the next morning, they came to my home that day at scheduled time. They quickly assessed the problem, and discussed options with my wife as I was away on business. My wife and the technician called me together on a speaker phone discussed options with me, we decided on a new tank less system. They allowed me to conduct the complete transaction over the phone and we had the entire system installed the next day. We only had one complete day without hot water. Amazing in a day where customer service is no where to be found. They took away the old tank, cleaned up the entire area, and life git back to normal. Very professional, nice people, not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Very happy with the product and the service I received

Ok Yelpers here's the 411 why this business earned a one star review. It all started when I received an email from EMWD that my water usage was unusually high because the water meter was constantly running. After some DIY diagnostics, it wasn't a flapper valve in one of the toilets.On 2/21'23 I called a couple of plumbers and Preston from Guardian Plumbers came out to my house. After looking at all the fixtures inside, told me it was probably a slab leak and the repair would be a pipe reroute with leak detection, with two quotes from $3k-$3600. Obviously I was skeptical of this bid when he had no exact location of the water leak.
My significant other said to hit the pause button and get a second opinion, and I did. I went on Yelp, again, a got lucky with Canyon Hills Plumbing. After an almost sleepless night, the awesome technician came out the next morning and I explained the problem. The first thing he did was to check the water meter and then turned off the main water feed to the sprinkler system. Guess what? The meter dial stopped! He explained that is the first thing to check when there is no apparent/visual water leak. End of story, it cost me zero dollars and the thing I needed a was new sprinkler valve. Moral of the story is stay away from these thieves, they just wanted to take my money, not knowing where the problem was that is terrible business practice. always get more than one opinion and good luck to all.

This is the 2nd time we've used Guardian Plumbers. This time it was a leaky faucet in the kitchen. They came to do an estimate and see about the problem. Recommended we get a new faucet and they would come back to install. We ordered a new one, and once gotten, within a few days they came to install. Very courteous, on time repairman. Office very helpful in setting up appt.

We had a leaking, and also otherwise dead water heater. Called another co who wanted $2300 to 'replace the switch', which they couldn't get for 2 weeks. They didn't identify the moisture under the unit either. Guardian sent their tech George, who showed up on time immediately identified the issues and was back, as promised at 8 am the next day to replace the beast! With a pan! *Homebuilders get it together* Nonetheless, George, his associate, and the office crew are the best and we are very grateful for their time + efforts. Oh! They also very kindly helped us take apart some items that were in their way... kindly, not annoyed.

Great service! Work with Angel through the entire process of estimate and installation of a Bradford White Heat Pump Water Heater. This included having to coordinate with an electrician for a new 240V power line. Very responsive and available. Would highly recommend this contractor for any plumbing needs.
