Incredibly high quotes!! Outrageous! Do not use their services. This quote was for $1250 to repair this. Labor was $550 so parts were $750.

This one took me a while to decide how I feel and honestly I just feel like I avoided being taken advantage of by this company. We had a gas leak while my wife was in the ER with pregnancy complications, so the last thing I needed on my plate was dealing with this while I was balancing caring for our 2 year old and working a new job I had just started.

I google searched local plumbers and this one had great reviews, so I called and they came right out. That was cool of them and I appreciated the fast response, but what I didn't appreciate was them quoting something around $700 to literally replace a single shut off valve. I was shocked by the pricing and asked the plumber to explain the cost, he said the labor was something like $200 an hour, that it would take 3 hours to do and the materials were about $100.

I decided to decline the service and get a second opinion and thank god I did. I have a now retired plumbing contact from a previous job I worked at who I called up and explained everything and he told me straight up that I was being ripped off. He walked me through how to do the job myself over the phone, I bought a $10 valve at Home Depot and had to entire job done in less than an hour. I'm really disappointed in how the tech saw an opportunity to take advantage, which sadly means I could never recommend this company.

These people just tried to charge me 1,250 to repair a pipe 1 inch from the surface of a open field. I was like are you crazy? He said they charge $550.00 per hour. Which means he was going to spend $750 on the piping which is under $50.00. So the ""quality control guy contacted me""! He stated that this estimate was wrong! He stated how can we make it better? I told him his place was unethical and that I would be reporting them to the better business bureau! His response, you could have gotten more estimates! Okay so so sorry we are trying to price gouge and rip people off this time we got caught! I guess his response is we are going to continue to do this but if people are smart enough they will get a second estimate! Awesome business practices quality jerk guy!

I needed a main line stoppage job to be done. Phone answered immediately, Contacted via text by actual Plumber that appointment was made with. Phenomenal response time. No upselling, showed up, asked me what the problem was, and got to work. Guardian Plumber Jaime was very professional and explained everything that was to be done. Request him if given the option.

Price was very reasonable for the service provided and guaranteed.
We have used Guardian Plumber for 12 years for our primary residence and our rental properties and the dispatch center is always very responsive, timely scheduling, they always notify you within an hour of arrival and do a great job with very reasonable pricing and always guarantee their work. I highly recommend Guardian Plumber.

Derek Bicoy was out to our home today in Hemet to clear a bathroom clog that was a nightmare for us ! He was so kind professional and cleared our clog with no issue! Most important it was affordable! Never fixed the leak! I contacted guardian plumbers regarding a leak under my kitchen sink. We had just moved in and noticed the leak. They did respond promptly and I made an appointment for them to come and check it out. Two technicians came and told me the leak was caused by my kitchen faucet. I had them change it out but while they were doing an inspection to check for any other leaks they told me my water softener was bad for the plumbing and had a ""specialist"" come out to check and he proceeded to try to sell me on a filtration system. The guy that came out was very condescending and asked to speak to my husband(he was at work) instead of me. I asked him a few questions about what chemicals and/or toxins the system filters out. When I told him I would let him know about whether or not we would get the system he acted upset and insisted we should get it. Very uncomfortable conversation considering it would cost over $5000 not a decision to take lightly. Overall not great service they were way more worried about selling me a filtration system versus fixing my leak. They changed the faucet but the leak was not fixed. It still leaks even after calling them and having them come out again. They still were not able to fix the leak. I would not recommend!
