Today marks the third time I've called this company and I have zero complaints about them. They're fast, efficient, and most of all affordable! Everyone from the friendly person answering their phones to the plumbers who've shown up have been top-level professional. I had my main water feed onto my property worked on and to call what I was left with an upgrade would be an understatement. Awesome company; they'll always be my first call going forward.

We needed hot water to a sink, just needed an undersink water heater. Accepted their quote because they got it to us the fastest - Got cheaper quotes, but AFTER this was already scheduled.

Anyways, it was a single lever faucet that we had. They had to disconnect the lines to add in the new line from water, so presumably the fixture was just sitting there.

Asked, ""hey, can you connect this new fixture instead of the old one"" because we wanted a double lever faucet. It was a nicer, brand new piece.

So when I asked to do installation on this new faucet, I was told that it would be an additional charge EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE SAME WORK, just on a different piece of hardware. The old faucet wasn't even connected at this point, literally disconnected - so when it was reconnected, they could've just connected this other one - the same amount of time and effort, actually probably less since it didn't have wear and tear on it, no rust or salt build up, etc.

Felt like an unnecessary upsell and general bad business practice.

They left and we're just swapping it out ourselves.


Stars rating reasoning:
Cost - Slightly higher than other bids, but reasonable in comparison to the others, although an hour of work to install a $200 part for over $1,000 total is still absurd.
Speed: Super fast
Professionalism: Terrible. I think it should've been included to do probably less work.
Then when they were done, they left without someone come to double check the work. They told the front desk they were in a hurry.

Our technician Jamie L was 2nd to none. He was the 2nd plumber to come check the leak on our newly installed oven. The other plumber couldn't figure it out without wanting to replace a lot of piping, Jamie L took the time to listen to my questions about why the piping would needed to be replaced. He was knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient.I would highly recommend and we would hire again for any home projects

We had a stopped up toilet. Guardian sent a man out (on the time quoted) to evaluate and quote the job. This was new to me, as most plumbers quote a minimum just to come out. Guardian allowed you to make the decision as to whether to use them or not after you received their quote. The young man (John Wallace) was pleasant, honest, and effective. I would definitely use them again (but I hope I never have to).
