Showed up my door ready to give me a ridiculous estimate. Way overpriced just like all the rest of the plumbers out there. Quoted almost a $1000 for a simple shower line relocation. Soldering no longer needed! Check out Sharkbite fittings. Cost me $60 and did it myself. I guess honesty and integrity is no more. Do your research and save!

Not true. I sent pictures of exactly what I wanted, the exact system placed exactly in the spot that it was made for the new house. Unless this is the first time your organization has ever installed a water softener you would think based off the detailed pictures I sent you could have just given me quote rather than waste everyone's time which I said during the initial request.

Your guy came out and tried to sell the $6000 halo system which all plumbing businesses are trying to push. Like I said do your research and shop around. I got someone to install it the way I wanted for a fraction of what you charged.

Be a normal business and rip me off for hundreds of dollars stop being greedy trying to get thousands.

Guardian has come to our home twice now for different issues. They are always prompt and friendly. Scheduling is super easy and the work is done professionally and super clean! After the repair work is done, they send a re-cap with photos of the work before, during and after its been resolved. Very happy with their service. Only plumbers we will use!

UPDATE: The Halo5 tank installed is dented and scratched. And, unfortunately, the contractor has become unresponsive to warranty requests because one of their workers burned a hole in a tub surround and chipped a tub in our home. We are attempting to find a replacement but they have stated they will hold off on addressing any issues (i.e., hot and cold water valves loose in the wall, shower valve replacements that are not anchored to the inside of the wall so they float between the two showers, vent on roof is loose and we have to keep straightening it out and trying to secure it from falling off the roof, broken roof tiles and the painting of the roof tiles in the front of our house a pinkish/tan color when our roof tiles are brown) until we locate and settle the replacement tub surround issue. In addition, the drywall and texture repair that they supply is of poor quality. We have flat areas, areas that are not 'knocked down"", noticeable box areas on our walls now and the texture, generally, does not match our existing texture. We attempted to meet with the owner to address our issues but were told that he was too busy to meet with us.

It certainly doesn't appear that they are going to honor ""Our promise to you: ...- All work Guaranteed - Quality Customer Service - ..."" as stated on their website.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: The scope of work performed was a whole house repipe, replace a tankless water heater and installation of a Halo5 system. The workers were always on time, professional, friendly, and courteous.

Our sink was clogged and was told it was improperly installed. The home warranty said it's not covered. I am so glad I was able to use Yelp and got in touch with Guardian Plumbers.
