When I noticed brown liquid oozing out of my hot water heater on a Wednesday evening, I searched the Internet for a local plumbing service. Within minutes of contacting GTX, I was speaking with master plumber, Lloyd about the heater's failure and pricing. Shortly thereafter, Sharon texted me with a service appointment for the following day. Otis and Roger arrived within the scheduled time frame, professionally removed and installed the new water heater and cleaned up. The service experience was speedy and far superior relative to local competitors. GTX is now my ""go-to"" plumbing company for future needs.

I called at 3pm on a Friday and they were at my house by 4pm. Lee was professional and kind. He and his apprentice quickly found the issue and had it fixed very quickly. The end cost was actually less than originally quoted. This company and Lee as their representative are fully trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Had a new whole house Atlas 3 stage filter system installed. The system is awesome, water tastes great - would highly recommend. Working with GTX was great, installation was smooth and looks great, tech cleaned up site. Will definitely use again for any plumbing work that I need done.

I called on a Friday afternoon about a kitchen faucet replacement. Sharon, the owner, connected me with Lloyd, their master plumber, to ensure the replacement faucet I had purchased would work. It wouldn't work, so Lloyd went online and sent me pics of a couple of options. I was able to get the new faucet shipped over the weekend, and Anthony was here first thing on Monday morning to replace the faucet. What great service!

GTX was awesome!!! During the hard freeze at Christmas 2022, they were able to get techs to our property within 24 hours, handled our busted pipe like the pros they are, and the invoice was a lot more reasonable than expected given how slammed all plumbers were at the time.

GTX plumbing just did a phenomenal job getting water restored to my house after the major freeze in the area. There were 3 breaks identified including 2 behind my kitchen cabinets. The service was performed by Jeff and Evan and these guys could not have been more professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They even had the patience to provide me status updates while I stood around and asked what and why they were doing the things they were doing. The final bill was surprisingly affordable considering the extreme volume of work in the area right now.

I have used 2 other local plumbers in the past, but will never call another because I have found the company I completely trust to get the job done.
