This place is great! After grabbing what I thought I needed at 'a large home improvement store' for installing a double sink vanity w/ single outlet and discovering I didn't get the right items after all I went here with the idea that ""I want to talk to someone who actually knows about plumbing"". Couldn't be more pleased, I came in with the schematic and some measurements, me and my helper threw around some ideas and pros/cons, we decided on the set-up and then we walked back to the equipment and he grabbed what I needed. Then as a bonus he laid it out on the counter which was very helpful.

Prices were totally reasonable. Great business model!

The people at this store are very helpful. There is also a good selection of products. I bought too many sprinkler line fittings and they refunded my purchase price with no quibbling when I returned them the following week.

I walked into the store looking to purchase 30-35k in materials for a new apartment community that I'm renovating. However, I was told I am unable to shop here because I do not have a mask- despite the mask mandate being lifted.

Guess I'll give Home Depot and Lowes all my money. Unbelievable.

You will not get better service than you will at Grovers. Walk in take a number and when you're turn comes up they will walk through your project with you to make sure you get what you need. Super knowledgeable and decent.
Was honestly surprised to see any bad reviews. Read their other reviews before you take them seriously. Definitely entitled revenge types.

Ok, this place is pretty awesome. It was recommended by my brother-in-law so we finally decided to stop by when we needed a part for our toilet that kept running. It's a hometown store and not your run-of-the-mill big-box retailer. The staff, for one is super friendly and they're always available to answer your questions or just listen to your concerns. They carry so many brands and the prices are competitive. I was surprised that they stock a lot of big items, so you can take them home right away. If you're looking for any plumbing, lighting or electrical needs, this is the place to shop!

Had a terrible experience at grovers faucets on shelf at $39 rang up at $69 . Installed faucets. Cheapest faucets ever buying new faucets to replace grovers faucets. Bad store terrible advice.

The store has a lot of parts, but it takes a long time to get help from anybody and their website etc. aren't even updated for their new store hours so don't be like me and drive all the way across town based on their store hours just to find out they're closed already.

I went to Grover's for the first time today to buy a couple of simple items. I wasn't wearing a face mask, and when Noah asked me to wait outside, I showed him my exemption card. He ignored it and told me that I had to leave the premises because it's 'private property'. That may be the case, but it doesn't absolve a business from honoring the law in regard to HIPAA and the Americans with Disabilities Act. I make a real effort right now to support local business, but after this I won't be returning to Grover's.
