Ground Werks Plumbing and Rooter technicians arrived at my home, and we couldn't be happier. We live in the mountains, and getting a plumber to come over on an emergency basis is like pulling teeth! My husband called two other companies that sadly were no-shows and never even called us back! Then we reached out to a plumber down the hill, and that plumber was also too busy and couldn't come. He recommended that we call Ground Werks Plumbing. And for another plumber to recommend another plumber spoke volumes to us. We called them immediately, and they came over pretty fast! First of all, I would like to say that they are two of the nicest gentlemen you will ever meet. They were so professional yet down to earth and just easy to talk to.

Ground Werks had to break open the wall to get to the heart of the issue. They figured out where the leak came from after testing out all the faucets in my house. They figured it out! They continued to open the wall to drain out all the water that was coming from my bathtub. They also said that we had to let everything dry up before closing the wall back up. They also cleaned up after themselves and all the mess. I can't tell you enough how much we recommend them. For everything they did and how fast they came to our rescue. If I could give them ten stars, I would! Their prices were also very reasonable. I thought I was going to have pay way over what I was charged. Dave and Cisco came to the rescue at my cabin in Arrowbear and fixed my lift station plumbing problems beautifully. They had a great attitude, were super knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. Dave let me know that I can reach out to them anytime with questions, so I did and he responded promptly obliging. As someone who is the business development and estimator for a small growing business I really felt reassured dealing with this business.
The response time was faster than most (which can be challenging for the contractor when they're usually working).
He followed up with the estimate as he said that he would and explained the proposed work as he did the project walk through.
Highly suggest this business, as it is hard to find responsive subcontractors and Shell is definitely one of those.

The owner and a technician came out today and fixed everything that had cracked in our outdoor plumbing during our HUGE snow storm. He was responsive and was able to schedule getting out to my house the next day - so GLAD I found his company to quickly repair my freeze-cracked ball valves in my outdoor spigots. Will definitely call them again for any work that needs done (there are three OTHER spigots still buried in snow on our property!!)
i am NOT in San Fransisco - I am in San Bernardino Moutains, but i can't figure out how to modify that on Yelp... : (

We had a leak in the upstairs shower. We called several companies from our local Yellow Pages and only 1 called back. They were a ripoff! I resorted to asking folks on social media for a recommendation and GROUND WERKS was the top recommendation. Shelton was busy doing other jobs but promised to come by even if it was late in the afternoon. He showed up, diagnosed the problem and fixed it completely for a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge! GROUND WERKS and Shelton are our new plumbing go to for the future. Top notch customers service and very reasonably priced!

I called Grounds works Plumbing with a request to run their camera into my lateral sewer line to check the condition that was flagged as having serious damage by a home inspector at about 87 feet in. I spoke to Shelton at Ground Werks Plumbing to ask if it was possible to get them to assess the issue that very same morning. I really needed this done ASAP. It was extremely important to me because I had to meet a deadline to submit a request for credit for repairs on this beautiful Lake Arrowhead A-frame mountain Chalet I am the process of purchasing. To my surprise Shelton told me not to worry, that he and his crew would be at my place at about 10:30 am after he finished the job he was on in Crestline, and that he would take a look at my sewer line and any other plumbing issues I had and that he would give me his opinions and recommendations. At 10:30 am Shelton showed as he said he would and took care of everything I asked of him so that I could meet my deadline. The sewer line was actually In good condition all the way to the sewer main in the street. Shelton explained to me everything we were seeing on his high def color screen from his snake camera. I am extremely pleased with Shelton's competence, knowledge of plumbing and sewers, his professional manner and his kindness and good manners. He was very reasonable with the cost he charged me also. This is a great company that I look forward to using in the future for all my plumbing and sewer line needs. They won me over. Thank you Shelton and crew and thank you to Ground Werks Plumbing.
