My son woke up on Saturday morning to a pretty bubble of water ready to explode over his head in his bedroom. The floor was soaked and the ceiling looked like it could break any minute. Groundwerks came to the rescue quickly and efficiently. Excellent service!

My water heater broke and I only noticed it because I happen to be showing my friend around the house. I opened the door where the water heater is located and noticed that the carpet was soaked. I didn't know what to do so I started to call local businesses to schedule a service call. When I called Ground Werks, I spoke to the owner, Shelton, and he asked me a few questions to troubleshoot the problem. We quickly realized the water heater needed to be replaced. Unfortunately he was going to be out of town the next day and didn't have availability to replace my water heater. I thanked him for his time and he even gave a few recommendations of what to ask and look for as I continued my search for a local business. You can tell you were talking to a subject matter expert and a true profesional. I'm in Running Springs and sometimes it can be hard to find a business that can service on such a short notice - so I needed all the help and tips I could get.
A few minutes later he called back and said he would see if he could send someone to take care of my water heater in the coming days. I was so relieved to hear this. To my surprise he was able to send someone the next morning to start the job and then he also came to complete the water heater install with his staff himself. All at a great price!

I can highly recommend Ground Werks. Shelton does a great job, very professional. We were redoing our bathroom, and once the walls came down we saw how bad our stainless steel pipes were. One of them looked like it was going burst at any moment. It was a big job, they worked really hard and turned it around on a weekend. He really looked after us!

Highly recommend Ground Werks! Shelton does great work and is very knowledgeable. Our plumbing was backing up and he has all the tools to get the job done right and is fast and clean about it. We recently bought a old home. He was able to map out where our sewage line was. He has a camera to see inside the pipe to identify where the issues are and a waterjet to blast out the blockage so you don't have to replace what other plumbers would say you have to. Call him if you want the job done right.

They came out the same day for my mainline problem. They got it to flow then camera scoped it. Found root balls at every five foot joint from 85' on out to city main at over 100 feet. Worked diligently until completely cleared from Very reasonable price. They are the best ever. Call the for things to be done correctly.

The filter to my tankless water heater busted at 3:30 AM. I tried to get the parts myself at Thompsons Plumbing Supply. Once I realized this fix was over my head, I asked for a recommendation and they whole-heartedly recommended Shelton at Ground Werks.
