We had a leak in our Water Heater and it was a stressful situation because we weren't expecting it (who really does). Saw their bright green truck while I was on the way to drop our daughter off at school and thank goodness we did. Shelton was very patient in answering our questions and concerns about the water heater replacement, warranty, and costs (which I appreciate). Clear communication throughout the process. Mathew came the next day to give us an estimate and was straightforward about the job needed to be done. Flash forward to installment day, Mathew and David came out and did the replacement and gave a a great rundown of the new water heater features and how ti troubleshoot, if needed. Great service all around. Definitely recommend them!

I live in Lake Arrowhead, and heard about Ground Werks from a contractor. I text them on a Sunday and David got back to me early Monday and apologized for the delayed response. He came over that day and gave me a very reasonable estimate for a water heater installation that required relocation of the water heater and rerouting of pipes and exhaust. Once I agreed to the price David and Matt came over and completed the work in just a few hours. The work was very well done and they cleaned up everything when they finished. It looks great and works fantastic. I even got a follow up text to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend these guys.

This last winters heavy snow melt exposed our main sewer line, and the connection came apart. Shelton and Dan came up and made quick work of the repair, realignment, and backfill. Ground Werks Plumbing and Rooter technicians arrived at my home, and we couldn't be happier. We live in the mountains, and getting a plumber to come over on an emergency basis is like pulling teeth! My husband called two other companies that sadly were no-shows and never even called us back! Then we reached out to a plumber down the hill, and that plumber was also too busy and couldn't come. He recommended that we call Ground Werks Plumbing. And for another plumber to recommend another plumber spoke volumes to us. We called them immediately, and they came over pretty fast! First of all, I would like to say that they are two of the nicest gentlemen you will ever meet. They were so professional yet down to earth and just easy to talk to.

Ground Werks had to break open the wall to get to the heart of the issue. They figured out where the leak came from after testing out all the faucets in my house. They figured it out! They continued to open the wall to drain out all the water that was coming from my bathtub. They also said that we had to let everything dry up before closing the wall back up. They also cleaned up after themselves and all the mess. I can't tell you enough how much we recommend them. For everything they did and how fast they came to our rescue. If I could give them ten stars, I would! Their prices were also very reasonable. I thought I was going to have pay way over what I was charged. The response time was faster than most (which can be challenging for the contractor when they're usually working).
He followed up with the estimate as he said that he would and explained the proposed work as he did the project walk through.
Highly suggest this business, as it is hard to find responsive subcontractors and Shell is definitely one of those.
