I didn't have any hot water so I called two plumbers who were local to where I live. Left messages for both and never received a call back. Called Shelton with Groundwerks Plumbing and he had a guy come out the same day. Unfortunately, changing out the thermal couple didn't work, so Matt called the company that makes my water heater and was able to get the burner assembly ordered. Once the part arrived, Matt came back over, installed the part and got it working. Shelton called later that day to make sure everything was working OK. Both Shelton and Matt were very professional and friendly and their prices were very fair. I'll definitely be using them again when needed! Thanks guys for getting it done!

I just moved to the mountains and everything in my house that could possibly be leaking was leaking. Shelton came out to install this Faucet in my home and I am completely satisfied!! Shelton has worked for me before and has never shown any racial bias towards me or my family. I am 1st generation from Mexican Immigrants and I have never been made felt any less by anyone at Ground Werks or Shelton. He has helped my parents at their home as well that hardley speak English for plumbing issues. How did they communicate I don't know but Shelton took that extra step in making sure he did and made it work. He was very reasonable with his pricing and took care of them. I have my usual plumber but last week I had an emergency and had to call another company out. I was referred to this client and booked him right away. I received a call while I was a work and it was my neighbor claiming my house was leaking out from my driveway. I called Ground Werks and I believe I spoke to a Shelton. He assured me he had someone on the way. Takes me about 35 minutes to get to my house from my office and to my surprise he had arrived already setting up all his equipment. I got out of my car, he acknowledged me right away and basically gave me the run down of all my options. I'd like how knowledgeable he was, how caring and charismatic he carries himself, and how quickly the problem was repaired. I highly recommend this colony for plumbing and construction services.
