So called in and left a message they called back in 15 min!! Jim very professional called me back set meup with an appointment they were all booked for the same day but he placed me on waiting list and worked with me on the hour. 2 hours after the first call Chris came in VERY NiCE guy and VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!! Fixed the problem with less than an hour !!!!! 5 star if there is 6 he deserves it I had a leak from the garage wall every time I turn the master shower on. Now it's fix that's to them!!!!!

Chris was phenomenal!! We had a contractor who screwed up our entire master bathroom when he had almost 7 weeks to do the work and there was nothing installed, but a toilet. Chris came in and fixed everything that was involved plumbing wise! He went above and beyond to fix everything!! Fantastic work and extremely Satisfied!!!!

Don't waste your time with this company. I wanted to have a backflow put in so I could have irrigation system installed for my lawn. Ryan took the case and was told he would get permit on Tuesday as Monday was MLK holiday and would be out to install it Thursday or Friday. I told him numerous times it was so I could have irrigation system put in. He didn't show up Thursday so call them Friday morning. He asked me again what it was for and told him for the third time during this conversation. Asked him if he got the permit and he stated no would be next week. This company wasted my time. Now have to start over looking for another company that I can rely on to do their job when they say they are going to do so. Also now have to contact the irrigation company back to reschedule when they can come out. Very unprofessional company. Ryan didn't apologize or do anything to try and correct the manner. I would give it 0 stars if I could

Absolutely the best plumbing company there is. Been around since I was a child and the quality, service and professionalism is unmatched. If you have a plumbing need, call them. You won't be disappointed.

Had a hot water heater installed for my parents. 700 dollars later still no water because all the pipes clogged when he turned the water back on. Then he just says oh you need to clean your pipes out and leaves. No water. Now all the faucets are ruined. They all have to be replaced. So there is another 200 dollars. My 70 year old parents do not need this.

I called Griggs on the recommendation of a co-worker. I needed two toilets swapped (one from bath #1 put in #2 and vice versa) so my young kids could sit on the potty without the use of a stool. They showed up an hour late and then charged me $504.68 to swap out these two toilets. I called the number on the invoice and Ryan took off $150 after I argued that the two plumbers he sent were not at my house for four hours each. In fairness, I did ask them to quote additional work but they were wishy-washy about the time and cost that I declined the additional work. Had I known they would charge what they did I would have never had them do the work. So, $354 to have two toilets swapped out. My suggestion - call someone else and get multiple quotes before you let Griggs into your home!

I picked Griggs for the good reviews on Yelp. Unfortunately, I did not have the same great experience. 1) They did not show up at the schedule time, even though my card was already charged for the deposit. When I called, the person I spoke to said he did not know what happened and that they will find """"someone"""". 2) 2 guys arrived 4 hours after my scheduled time. I needed an extra hole for the drinking faucet which I had told them about when scheduling the appointment. The guy did not read the directions in the manual, proceeded to drill and promptly cracked the composite granite sink. The guy left saying the office will call me and reimburse me for the destroyed sink. 4) There was not follow up call, so I called myself. Took me 15 min just to explain what happened and confirm they owe me a refund. They acknowledged and promised to refund. There were no apologies given and no offer to rectify the situation. I asked about the broken sink replacement and was told """"no"""", but I could """"try"""" to email the business and plead my case.... great. Just hope other folks don't have to repeat this frustrating experience.
