Most expensive work I have ever had done. Can't believe what they charge for a simple repair my husband could easily have done if he was available, but they know you are desperate--- and the one thing they do well is show up on time. Very much over priced. Spot repair $843??? On top of the same amount to just dig a small area in search of ""spot"". They have you in a difficult position and then present you with high fees.... be prepared to pay high fees if you call them.

We had a leak of unknown origin and they talked me into replacing the garbage disposal (charging me $600 to put in a $130 part, which did not fix the problem). In total, they spent roughly 2.5 hours at my home, did not figure out the problem, and charged me a total of $1500 (or roughly $500/hr in labor costs.

But, to their credit, when I complained, they issued a partial refund, which was very much appreciated.

CLEAR DRAINAGE ON PROPERTY
Any problem they found ,, they would stop work until I agreed to additional
fees. A three foot deep hole was dug near the final drain. Large additional charge . Drain pipe was located near the hole , and not even underground.We called them to check out water pipe we believed not installed correctly. They would not come out. to check their own work unless we payed another additional fee. They have a method to double the cost to the customer.

Jose did a wonderful job replacing our outdoor sprinkler system's regulators. He is very knowledgeable and gives good explanations of all the required repairs and all the different options.

We had a major issue with the pipes from the guest bathroom. We chose Griffin Plumbing and glad we did. Work was completed as scheduled with no surprises. The office called daily when they left their office and kept us informed. James, Scott and Sean were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. As their trucks say, they are the ""Pros"". We won't hesitate to call them again.

Do NOT use this company! They are overpriced! For example, they charge $500 to snake a drain! This is ridiculous! My plumbing friend who lives a few hours away said it should only be about $150 at most. Save yourself and find a good plumbing company whose pricing is comparable to other companies (not price gouging).

Griffin Plumbing....or did I mean to say, our local ""Knights in Plumbing Armor""! Sean Ansari (our Griffin Plumbing Plumber) came out to our home yesterday to ""re-install/seat"" both of our toilets. His service was quick, professional, successful and informative! All the Griffin Plumbing representatives my Spouse and I spoke with, from one of the Owners (Jeremy) to Elizabeth (first office contact on phone) to Sean (Plumber) we're empathetic and compassionate to our dire situation and jumped into action (same day) so to speak, to resolve our issue! As a resident on the Central Coast, once again, I could not be more pleased and satisfied with the experience, customer service and results provided by Griffin Plumbing in Santa Maria,CA! Kudos and thanks to Jeremy Griffin, Elizabeth and of course...Sean! In this Yelper's opinion Griffin Plumbing, on this occasion, again, truly earned this 5 Star ""highly recommend"" review.
