Had a home emergency and called Greenwall Plumbing. They immediately dispatched Randy and his partner who were efficient, knowledgable and trustworthy. We've used several companies over the years but I will only call Greenwall for any future needs.

Horrible, such a rip off! In San Clemente, beware, they are not the old Greenwall, they were sold and have been taken over by people who cut corners. I had to spend alot more $$$$ to correct what they messed up, including damaging my hardwood floor after the dishwasher they broke leaked, and they knew they broke it, didn't have the decency to tell me before I washed dishes. It was made worse when they refused to correct, and pay for the damage.

Amazing company. Honest, trustworthy and available right away when we had a gas leak at our home. Was afraid what the bill would be.....but they were able to fix it without replacing the whole line. Was so reassuring to actually have a company be honest and do a great job. I own a business and several rentals and have gone through many other companies in SoCal and Greenwall plumbing is great!

On Christmas Eve my Maine broke, I made the mistake of calling Greenwall Plumbing, but before I call them I turn off the city water that comes into the house. Than I started digging found the problem pin point the plumber to the exact place him and his partner spent about 25to 30 minutes, after 30 minuets he hand me a bill for $243.32 cents than I ask him.How do you got to $243.32 Since I did all the work than he replied well you saved a lot of money by doing all the hard work your self. So will not recommend this company to any one they are terrible and will rep you off every time Manuel p

They have a coupon in the newspaper advertising ""$25 off labor with this ad"", and when I presented coupon, plumber said the discount is already included in the price, so coupon is not necessary or accepted. So how will I ever know? I prefer to see the total price and then $25 deducted from bill so I know the coupon is meaningful. Apparently, ""with this ad"" does not mean ""with this ad"". It's misleading and downright shady. They are NOT honest like they advertise, and like the plumber (Randy) admitted to me, the fees for service are HIGH, therefore, are not ""reasonable"" like they advertise.

I had my heater break on New Years Eve and called Greenwall for help. They sent Egan their tech out and he was super nice and very professional. Unfortunately, because the unit was so old we were unable to fix it, so they worked around the clock to get a new one ordered and put in even though it was the holidays. They did a great job on installation and even cleaned up afterwards! The new heater works great and I highly recommend this company! Thanks guys!

We had a main line leak in the middle of a 45' slope covered with bushes and we didn't even know where the pipe was. This was a BIG job! Tom and crew accurately located the pipe, minimizing the amount of excavation required, made the necessary connections and promptly restored the water to our home. The price was reasonable and the crew was polite and efficient. So many things could have gone wrong, but the right plumbers saved a lot of time and money.

Totally ripped off by this company. $325 to replace a leaky kitchen faucet and valves and it doesn't even work right. All the technician (Ryan) could say was that it was the best it was going to be and the price was set by the owner, Tom. I asked to have Tom call me but he has not. I wish I had read the other reviews before this work was done! Never again.

Tom and Randy did an awesome job on the Johnson repairs. The other company couldn't fit us in and was twice as much. My customers were super happy with Greenwall. They made us all look like all stars. Thanks for the amazing service guys!
