I called Greenwall to come and make it so I could get hot water more quickly in the kitchen. Before starting that, he told me I should really get a ""little"" water softening device. When he left I had hot water in the kitchen, but no cold water. And I had a $4000 water softener. I did not see that coming!

Wonderful company. Have used them several times over the years.
Reasonable prices, top quality work. Did some piping replacement under my house. Also installed an isolation valve on inside of house, which I've wanted for years. Also one other valve replaced. All work was done to perfection.

The plumber that came out was a very nice person and helpful. I had a leaky cartridge and wanted it replaced and the conversation went directly to opening the wall and replacing the entire valve. $1500 + parts. Almost seemed like replacing the cartridge wasn't even an option or he just didn't care to do it. After tons of research in finding out where I could find the proper cartridge and how I could replace it on my own, I did it myself. If I can do it, why couldn't a plumber change out the cartridge for me? I would have happily paid for that service.

We called Greenwall to fix a leak in our upstairs bathtub that was causing the ceiling below to crumble. We had been not using the tub for months, putting off the call as we expected costly and complicated repairs. Once we decided to ""bite the bullet"", we called Greenwall. We had a shower issue where a new change cartridge was needed. The plumber came out and told me how to quickly order the part saving money and to call him when it came. We did that. Upon return he started into the job and found a problem with a major connection into the wall where it had been installed wrong a few years ago. I order the next part and Greenwall came back a third time to put it all together.
They would not let me pay for the first two visits, so I paid only when the entire job was done.
This is a fantastic outfit and I will recommend them often.

When we called Greenwall plumbing they scheduled an appointment for us right away, the next day! Gave us estimates. One estimate, if we wanted to do some footwork, to save some money. The other estimate was if we wanted Greenwall to handle all of it. I thought the two options were a great way to present an estimate. They were able to come and do the work right away, on time, no hidden chargers, cleaned the floors, and very professional! We will always refer and use Greenwall plumbing!

Greenwall Plumbing installed our Tankless Water Heater 5 years ago and they service it annually. They are very thorough. Recently after servicing the water heater they solved a problem with our shower drain and installed a new Toto toilet top Bidet. They are fast and very professional. We highly recommend them.
