I have just recently had the best 'plumber' experience ever. I called Greenwall plumbing to recess my refrigerator water spigot - and their plumber, Nick, came out within hours. While he was there, I asked about several other plumbing issues I was having with my tubs and showers. He looked at all my problems, offered reasonable, efficient fixes, and proceeded to work on them. Because he needed fixture and supplies he didn't carry with him, he came back and made the repairs on subsequent days.

Nick was the friendliest, most personable guy - I trusted him immediately. As it turned out, my simple job sort of snowballed into three or four other issues - but Nick was honest and trustworthy from the start, and I really appreciated the extra efforts he made to complete all the various plumbing issues around my house. Most importantly, he was knowledgeable, professional, and skilled at his trade - which gave me confidence in his recommendations. He definitely will be the first guy I call with any future plumbing issues.

I cannot say enough to communicate what a great guy and plumber he is. Do not hesitate to call Greenwall Plumbing for any of your household plumbing issues - and be sure to ask for Nick!

I hate even giving 1 star to this company. Tom Chevaz came out to my 4-unit building to take care of a plumbing leak in bathroom. After tearing out and destroying the vanity, they finally found the leak and stopped it. However, in the process they called to say that they found a line that could be used in the wall, which would be the cheapest way to go and had no idea what the line was used for anyway. So they disconnected the hot water line to the RECIRCULATING HOT WATER HEATER.

I found out a few weeks later when my tenants began to complain as it took so much longer to get hot water. After getting another plumbing company out and spending $1600, we found that the problem was done when I had that initial leak. This plumbing company cut 10 holes in drywall to try to trace the line to the hot water heater in two of the units. In addition to their cost, I had to pay to have them all patched and re-painted as I was almost through with a major remodel, and had to buy all new fixtures for 2 units as they were so torn apart.

My property manager had suggested that it might have to do with my first leak several weeks ago and she remembered they were going to do something to the plumbing so they wouldn't have to re-route which would be costly.

When I called to have Tom come out to find out what he had done, he said YES, I cut off the Recirculating Line and you agreed so you could save money, and was very rude when he got there. He had NEVER MENTIONED THE WORDS ""RECIRCULATING LINE"" - He just said he found another line and could use it as he couldn't see what it was for anyway and it would save me some money. He said on his invoice - ""Was not able to check with other tenants in the building to see if they still have hot water as no one was home"".

Total rip-off company. Charging $150 an hour for very small repairs in the lavatory sink. In addition, they significantly mark-up the material they use (compared to prices at Lowe's). Finally, the lady who owns the shop kept interrupting me when I asked explanations about the charges and was extremely argumentative. I will NEVER use them again and would absolutely not recommend them to anyone. There are other much much better quality choices in terms of prices, service and customer friendliness in San Clemente/Dana Point, such as Doheny for example.

These people are total rip offs. they charged Me almost $2000.00 for a small plumbing Repair. They advertise and then demand huge sums for their work. Poor recommendation!

I have to say I was disappointing with their service and lack of solutions from the tech to the owner. We had a clog sink in a temporary place we are staying at into we move into our hose and we have a 1 year old and need to have the sink working.
So I saw there add and coupon and the add said family owned and been around for 50 years. Well the tech came in and told my wife he couldn't unplug the drain with a snake and that he would have to make a hole in the wall to fix it and that would be about 500$ to do it. No other solution was offered or done. He charged us 125$ for coming and telling us he couldn't solve the problem. I called another recommended plumber and he fix the issue with a shark and unscrewing one of the pipes. 50$ for that. I called Greenwall to hear what the story was on their side because it sounded like they were hustling my wife for more money. The owner said that he believes in what his tech said and that he can understand why I'm upset but didn't offer any solution and joked around with paying the bill for the other plumber. We got our money back but was unprofessional on how he defused the situation and more importantly as a business owner he should have gave me my money back and offered a free service next time to try and win my business back if he cared about his perception because I would have not written this review if he did

All these guy want is your money. The service guy came over and recommend for me to replace our water heater without even looking at anything! I call a company recommended by Lowes; 20mins and $125 later I have hot water. Don't not call these guy!

Called in @ 8:00 am to get someone to come out and fix our air conditioner and Greenwall sent out a repair man same day and had our air conditioning running with in 30 minutes. The repair man even came out @ 7:45 at night so that my family and I could have air conditioning that night.....AMAZING would refer them to anyone in NEED of a professional and reliable company.
