Had a plumbing emergency on Saturday night around 9:30 pm on a long weekend. I called Plumbers911 and Justin from GreenTeam called me back. I explained what was happening and he quoted me the rates. He even told me about the coupon on the Plumbers911 website. Humberto Figuero arrived within an hour of me hanging up with Justin. He fixed the problem within 1/2 hour and then spent almost an hour cleaning up and writing up the invoice. He charged me for 1.5 hours when I thought he would charge me for an hour, but hey it's Saturday night on a long weekend. I would have given them 5 stars if that extra 1/2 hour didn't cost me almost $100. I would recommend and use them again.

i own a condo in tamarac. their maintenance were unable to solve the problem. the bathtub was not letting the water go down the drain. i did everything i could on my end with out being able to fix it as well. so they contacted green team plumbing to solve the problem. thank god! their plumber ,octavio came within a few hours the same day! i'm happy, happy to report that he was able to solve the problem without going into detail. octavio did explain what was needed to be done to get to the root of the problem. they should clone him. more service people should be like him. need i say more?

Been working with this company for about (8) years and have found them to be responsive, professional, thorough and clean!! I've never seen a contractor prep their work areas to protect property and finishes like Green Team does! In fact, I don't know any plumbing contractors that do this apart from Green Team. They treat your property like it's their own. Highly recommend - they can be counted on to fix the problem and leave the area clean.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I am sure they will immediately remove this review. If you have any ideas about using high end appliances, fixtures, etc, STAY AWAY. They created so many issues when installing new items in our home- and do not accept responsibility for their technicians mistakes. The latest issue was that they ruined the finish on a powder room sink flushing out a brand new water heater that was set too high. Then blamed the issue on a manufacturer defect. It was perfect until the day they came and used that sink. Very shady and unprofessional business practices.

Worst service ever! Called for a plumber and got an apprentice instead price was outrageous for not getting an actual plumber I would never recommend this company to anyone!
